  • Thank you so much. That was very helpful. I went into the store and they did not give me that much information. Now I need to see how to transfer my pictures.

  • Very informative video. At first I entered for my Access Code the number from which it was sent lol, i tried 602-2 twice until i realized you have to actually open the text message.........such an iPhone noob i am

  • Thanks for the video!! everything went smoothly!! i appreciate the help

  • great video! but by mistake, I activated my new iphone before I download the back up assistant on my basic phone. Is there any way I can still get the contacts transferred!!?

  • @cannotbestopped11 your best option for now is to go to verizon seeing as how your old phone no longer has service, sorry man

  • I'm a little confused because the guy at the Verizon store said you transfer - just like you just showed us- however you then have to sync your contacts into iTunes within 30 because the backup assistance server will no longer store your contacts when you disconnect your old android. So I plug into my laptop and go to iTunes, and then what?? How do you sync them and where do they go on iTunes? Thanks!!!!!!!

  • @shaygrl78 Hm...that I dont know how to do I'm sorry! Honestly I thought that the back-up assist would continually store your contacts seeing as how it's not much memory at all. I'm sorry and good luck!

  • First comment ever posted for me but couldn't resist. This worked perfectly. Had to say thanks.

  • I'm not sure why no one has commented on this because this helped me out so much! I just got an iPhone4 and needed to transfer my contacts from Droid 2- went to a Verizon store and they couldn't do it. Glad there was an easy way to do it with an app that literally took less than a minute to transfer. :) I had over 700 contacts so this helped A LOT. Thank you! Not many places online say how you can do this without an SD card etc but even then its not super intuitive.

  • @aratanawan thanks a lot man, i might make a newer version of the video since i ramble a lot, but i'm glad you found this video useful
