Obviously this is because I am not using Pid's clanchat, because i'm in the maxed overall cc.

Also PID has a very active irc-channel, and that is a lot more usefull then an ingame clanchat. The reason why ur member who recorded sees all the orange dots is because you guys dont really have a choice. You have to join the clanchat ingame, as your irc chat has 8 names in it, 3 bots and the rest isnt even voiced.
