  • You helped your client get the bank to make repairs, now thats remarkable. Most banks say take it or leave it. So your client got a great deal and repairs, he owes you a nice inspection fee and lunch!

  • It's pretty easy to get the banks to pay for major repairs and safety hazards. If you are my client I tell you how.
