  • Like any OD tool, it can be used to serve management's interests, or it can be used to benefit everyone. I have experienced both.

  • In my line of work I have experienced A.I. only as a tool of a manipulation for an exploitative management. it was a way for management to impose unreasonable demands and greater control. Basically it allowed them to treat employees like shit without a peep of protest lest we be accused of being negative.

    Do you know what's missing from "appreciative inquiry"? ... Justice.
