I checked his channel to see if he had anything new, YT do not send me the digest anymore:(I echo you, I spoke to him earlier and said I sub to that many people that new videos leave the page so quickly, people should not take any offence to missing a video. They are always up there to catch up on sometime in the future and, if not, who cares! A message on an old video is a good as a message on a new one anyway IMO! Be well:)

Wow, Curt. You really hit the nail on the head with this video...with me anyway. Theres times I feel guilty if I don't post a new video for awhile...and it shouldn't be that way. The guilt comes into play when I dont get around to watching peoples videos as well. Thanks for bringing this "Youtube chore" issue to the forefront.
You talk a lot of sense, YouTube can't be allowed to become an obsession. It is what you make of it. I no longer beat myself about being unable to watch all the vids I would like to.

in all honesty Curt, if anyone could make my waistline grow(just put on any weight at all) I'd be eternally grateful.) As for not being able to gain weight, I spent many years underweight and can sorta relate to what you're saying. It's the opposite end of a problem that few can sympathize with or comprehend.

I think the problem you've encountered (and so have I and so has anyone with a popular channel) is that people come here with expectations. When these expecations are not met, they get crazy, they take it personally, they get hurt and many will lash out. (blah, blah, blah, you already know this...)
So, have it your way and keep on doin' it your way, bro!

The guilt comes into play when I dont get around to watching peoples videos as well. Thanks for bringing this "Youtube chore" issue to the forefront.

I'm guessing that this can run the risk of being a chore even for some of the paid partners, but that's just a guess.

You talk a lot of sense, YouTube can't be allowed to become an obsession. It is what you make of it. I no longer beat myself about being unable to watch all the vids I would like to.

I like your philosophy, this is all more enjoyable when we do things we like, without any sort of pressure, when we feel like it (even if sometimes I regret being too late for watching a video or leaving a comment... But even then, this is much more than that). Big hugs to you :)

in all honesty Curt, if anyone could make my waistline grow(just put on any weight at all) I'd be eternally grateful.) I only weigh 45kgs or 93lbs and just cant gain weight.Nothing wrong,no thyroid probs, but did lose heaps a few yrs back when ill,and it just never returned! The docs tell me to eat a lot of ice cream supplementary to meals for weight gain,,said ICE CREAM!!!!! :)

As for not being able to gain weight, I spent many years underweight and can sorta relate to what you're saying. It's the opposite end of a problem that few can sympathize with or comprehend.

I guess this becomes more of a problem when one's subscriber list begins to grow. I honestly hope mine never gets to the point where I feel I can't give my faithful subs or commenters the attention they deserve.

The YouTube slogan should be something like the old Burger King slogan "Have it your way."
I think the problem you've encountered (and so have I and so has anyone with a popular channel) is that people come here with expectations. When these expecations are not met, they get crazy, they take it personally, they get hurt and many will lash out. (blah, blah, blah, you already know this...)
So, have it your way and keep on doin' it your way, bro!
