This run starts in Phoenix on Thomas around 75 Ave and ends in Avondale at McDowell & Dysart, about 8 miles. I'm pretty sure these are Maricopa Sheriff deputies (black SUV) as the bank robbery was in a county area and it explains the long run. .... FYI. AZ law requires ALL traffic to pull over and stop on undivided roads. Most of the traffic is paying attention & doing that as soon as they see/hear the sirens.

@kooteo here that response time is completly normal. In the city the Fire department has a time limit of 10 minutes to arrive on scene, and the police normally arrives several minutes after the FD

To clarify for some people on Youtube, in an armed key word ARMED robbery they send all available units. That means some units responding will be closer to others, what we see here is the other end of that spectrum. This also means some units will be responding from opposite sides of the city, which I assume is the case here.

So stop asking if this is a long response ... Duh! Yes it is. This isn't the norm, but given the situation, and the unknown location of the suspect they came prepared.
