Jolicloud has the bonus of desktop apps which are nice when you find yourself kicked off the internet for one reason or another. Moblin is a bit more fully functional.
Personally, I would just put Ubuntu or a real Linux distro on my Netbook.
Jolicloud is much faster than WinXP on my Toshiba NB305! I couldn't get recover from suspend to work with UNR, but I was able to get everything to work with Jolicloud.

Give Jolicloud a try, it's pretty good. I personally like it better than UNR
