i had learned that you could glue the fake card to the corner of an envelope then glue another card face-up to the other side, then cut it at an angle so you can slip it off when preforming the illusion. if they want to inspect the cards they can see both queens and the other card without knowing about the trick card.

i think you should use another queen and put it in the flap, so u ask the audience to keep their eye on the odd card and i m going to mix them. Then u purposely mix slowly and when they say is that card , show them they are wrong( the queen in the flap) . u can ask them to bet on it and earn some money.

hey ive got a better way. Do all that, just make the fake card and the suprise card the same just different races (club, hears, etc.) then use it as a memory changing trick. Ask them what card is the flap, then say ill make your memory modified, snap ur fingers and POW there's ur trick

I Did this to my brother ages ago (without knowing any magic tricks) and i put the half of the dud on the odd one out then when i was sliding it off the table i just filp the dud to the back of the odd card and it looks like it's just the back of the odd card. Now all they see is the odd card. both ways works.

Awesome video and great trick

Once I start showing people a trick they become suspicious. They always pick a card other than the middle. I'm still working on my charisma part of my act but any suggestion on getting around this for this specific trick.

I tend to flip the cards over again and show them that the odd card out is in the middle and ask again. One person though would not stop saying anything but the middle card.
