this road cross Westchester I 287 in white plains NY was totally closed down about 10 years a go when a gas truck crashed and created a fireball that literally wiped out the neighborhood, overpasses and interstate. That fuel truck was riding my bumper because i would not speed up, that is why it passed on my right. i know they are to close to stop effectively. i am sure when the state police, owner or insurer of N&S fuel company gets word of this, some action will be taken.
Your in the wrong, its actually illegal not to move out of the way of a truck behind you regardless of their speed and if it is within the speed limit. You fourwheelers are a pain in the ass on the highways.
