@kbrmehta No video, but if you squeeze your shoulder blades together holding for several exhalations then release it would help. I'd recommend 10 to 20 sets, 2 or 3 times a day!
@ganesharocks lol I'm up to advanced levels of headstands lol but this is definitely good and I wish I knew all this when I started hip hop kuz its very much needed
