Yeah I agree, the 2nd one's more like... Randomness with action thrown in. And changed character styles. Also less Ecchi, which to me, made it less enjoyable than the 1st. But then again the OVA's have tons of Ecchi in it.

This is a month later than I think you wanted it, but Kazumi gets her pactio card in chapter 201. It doesn't show her kissing Negi though. That happened off screen.

actually, kazumi's patio card is like dual thing, meaning that theres two person using the same card. Because in order for her to use her patio card (spy golem), sayo needs to be in control of it so it's like a patio card with negi and kazumi/sayo
