Korean is awesome stuff. My favorite is Dolsot Bibim Bap. I love when it's made w/strips of beef instead of ground. The spicy sauce just makes the dish. Kim-Chee rocks too!
Thai food is great too, but is so different from almost every other type of east Asian food. It's more like Indian food at times with the curries.
Sounds good! You'd be surprised what you can put in an egg roll successfully. Southwest egg rolls are actually quite popular, usually with black beans, corn a chipolte type sauce and usually chicken. Heck...it's basically like Sushi...you can put almost anything in it. The basic recipe you get from a Chinese restaurant is OK, but the possibilities are endless.

My wife is Korean so yes that rates very high, love Thai, Japanesse and Pinoy. Lumpia Shanghai, Pancit Bihon and Lechon are in the best of the best.
