No, I think it actually is singing. What happened here is that nobodyknows went and took the original video, and then placed the instrumental track on TOP of it - there's just the briefest of pauses between the intro and the opening squeal before the music starts (compare to the original video, where there's no such pause).

What he probably did was just dim out the original track, but you CAN in fact hear the original vocals of the song.
