@Brighteyes1ful That foil lines the real catch trays beneath. Easier to change the foil than scrub those things. With all the heat above them, I think they will be okay.
@sanjayu1 Not really. I'm YourProduceGuy.....like Mr. Johnson. You call the wife Mrs. Johnson....or in my case, Mrs. ProduceGuy. You wouldn't really say Mrs. YourProduceGuy, now would you? LOL.
I would like to see how you prepared the chicken. Also how were the tortilla's made? Or did you buy them? Assume it's raw onion? I like the style of your videos, my one criticism would be to include more detail and description about what you're cooking.
@SethHesio I will make a video about preparing the taco meat. I use a variety of meats, including shrimp for my tacos and I will get a video out about those. The tortillas that I used were purchased at the store. I selected a fresh brand of tortillas, my favorite variety being the white corn. Onion was indeed raw. Thanks for the encouragement about more detail. One of my concerns is that my videos are long winded already. I can't seem to shut-up! I will work on that detail. Thank you.
@pandmonium2k7 Tons of requests to show the meat prep. I will put out a video, or videos for the different meats (and seafood) that I use in my tacos. Thanks for watching and the feedback!
@OS253 I'm not sure about that. Those wrappers are usually deep fried. How about just putting all of those delicious fixins into a romaine lettuce leaf? That will hold it and is delicious!
@CloudCereal553 Okay. That is a great question. Have only made flour tortillas at home. To make good corn tortillas I believe you need a tortilla press to make it not so much work. A small ball of masa, pressed out on a saran wrap lined tortilla press. I guess I need to get myself a press!
@Jallhalla I will put something together on that for you. I have a basic spice mixture, or at least a pattern of spices that I use with different meats, such as chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. I love tacos! I will make that happen soon.
It would be great to see you do another chicken recipe

Your cooker looks quite dangerous having that tin/aluminium foil under the rings? Ask someone about that i'm sure that they would question it too.

How do you think you make a duplicate rice like they make at chipotle?
Wivanunu 1 year ago
@Wivanunu Thanks for the comment. Not sure about the rice recipe you are asking about. I will work on that and see if I can come up with anything.
YourProduceGuy 1 year ago
@Wivanunu Not sure about that rice as I have only eaten at Chipotle's a couple of times. I will have to go by and see what I can find out!

Do you prefer flour or corn tortillas?
CloudCereal553 1 year ago
@CloudCereal553 Corn is my choice. Flour is most often made from white flower and possibly lard. White corn and oil are what I prefer.

@YourProduceGuy okay, now take this curve ball.
Would you prefer MAKING flour or corn tortillas. From scratch?

@YourProduceGuy : Can you use still use Asian spring roll rice wrappers for this recipe? I don't like tortillas.
