Hey dude. All around a well made base. Although the tower could be a scouting tower or a Sniper Post. You need a base plate. A base plate is a large flate tile that has a bottom that won't stick to any brick. They work alot better than those you used. Also put some door on the ntrance so you won't have to keep 24/7 watch in front of the place. Hope this message helped.

I think that it would look cool if you added blast doors at the entrance. You could also add surface to air missiles for defense.(What use is the radar if you don't have anything to use it with.) You could also add anti-infantry cannons on the walls.You could prob ably put stuff in the rooms. I really like the color scheme. The radar station looks awesome. The guard tower is cool. I like your base. It has space. Which is something that store bought lego sets lack. Overall view. very cool.
