This site is just as bad a neopets, in the way the owners cheat you out of your money just to 'build' an animal shelter? Come on, take a look at the news sometime and see if they really are doing anything besides pocketing your money.

I love the site, it has so much more heart than neopets. Neopets was all about income and visitors and crap.
Powerpets actually care about animals and donates money to shelters.

completely free. You can pay for a few extras, but don't have to at all, it doesn't affect the game at all if you don't.
