The reason gore lost is because he wasn't as good a candidate as Nader. The only reason he got more votes than the better of the two major liberal candidates in that election was because people were stuck in this ridiculous 'lesser of two evils' mentality. If people started voting for who they thought would run the country better, rather than who they thought was more likely to win, then we might not have such a corrupt 1 party... oh excuse me, I mean "2" party system.
