  • and play to pleasee him the foggy dew ,she sat me down fornenth the fire and i could see her father was six feet tall and soon her mother had the kettle singing but all I could see was that Galway shawl ......

  • yes that's a crying shame, it sounds like your singing through a tin can underwater. I love you guys and burns me up that the site is causing you these sound issues.

  • My goodness... Makes me want to give up playing music and concentrate on drinking...maybe I can get good at that! sheesh - you guys are great!

  • Man you guys are good!

  • The sound quality is driving us nuts though!

I'll try and get time to experiment a bit over the next couple of weeks.....

  • great version!

  • great tune! really enjoyed it 5*****

  • Man, you both do such a terrific job!!

    Five stars!!

  • Thanks. I've been doing this one for years and have heard a lot of verions, but Mark makes the rhythm flow differently than most people. My take on it is to put the first couple of bars of The Foggy Dew into the flute part since that song gets a mention in this one. We'll be recording The Foggy Dew as an instrumental some time soon.

  • I look forward to it, but it would be great to see more singing too since you have a very beautiful voice also!

  • Our tastes are the same again Andy lol!

  • Wonderful rendition of a lovely song!!! Bravo Excellent video!!!
