Cardio Classes are good fun... something I thought I'd never say before. I've been doing "BodyPump" and "RPM" classes and while they both use "props" as you put it they have really helped me. hmm... come to think of it I wouldn't call the RPM class fun... its a killer but I do feel the benifits from it. keep up the good work... oh... and even thought its a month late... Happy Birthday :-)

i understand the being in a new place thing! I moved to Rhode Island (from IL) in august. My sister is here.. and im living with her, but it is definitely an adjustment! i miss my friends and my dad! LOL
