Right once u beat all the missions u have to beat the samedi mr.sunshine and the general. And u have to beat both of the ronin leaders sons and the leader and then u have trash the brotherhoods cars operations and more then kill maero twice lol then the ultor if the missions stop do strongholds

@sumojo97 this is the fucked up thing,im stuck on this 41/42 too. if u go to the police station in SR2(located southwest of the church) and go up 2 stairs til it says "Detective Bureau". Go in there,listen to 3 voice tap tapes,and then get the file on Julius. Now Dex phone nr. is added to ur "phone list" . call him and he will tell you to meet him at the old church. now i myself am stuck here. he doesnt show up so cant help u further.but maybe it wont bug for u. best of luck :)

hello, I have a big question ... every time you step missions in the game enemy gangs are slowly disappearing and leaving there, I can only remove the sons of samedi ronin and not the Brotherhood nor appear in any part of the city, if finish the game 100% did not appear after rival gangs .????? please is urgent.

to completly remove all other gangs you have to take there strongholds which are extra missions which in the end will lead to the killing off all the big bosses.
