Unfortunately, I cannot get a refund for my flight and book with another airline. I suppose I can make the flight bearable by reading a good book. regarding other European airlines, the only ones flying to BA are British Airways, Iberia, Alitalia, Lufthansa and Air France. Alitalia, Iberia and Lufthansa (Boeing 747) do not have ptv, and I will not travel with Air F again after last year's incident. British Airways workers are on strike so that isn't good. Madrid airport is interesting though.
I am going on holiday to South America next month and I am flying from Heathrow to Buenos Aires via Madrid with Iberia. From watching this video, I find it unbelievable that for a 12 hour flight they have no personal TV screens, and also I've heard that they charge for snacks and drinks on board, which is stupid. When looking at flights to Argentina, Iberia was by far the cheapest and thought I had a good deal, but obv not. Dunno how they compete with other airlines with planes like these.

If Iberia is bad carrier, just think in american carriers... they charge your luggage in local or international flights.... a friend of mine travel by Air France from here (US) to her country conecting in Paris and she love it! She said "I'll never travel to Europe anymore in american Carriers"... Air France, KLM and British Airways is your best choice to flight to Europe!
@kwlboy101 umm there u go, they are the cheapest cause they're not charging you one thousand extra for a drink and a movie. your complaining about paying for a drink on board but your ok with paying hundreds if not more in your ticket so you feel like your getting a good deal (cause they'll throw in a free drink and a movie?!)
@kwlboy101 i completely agree with u and í feel so stupid now!! i´ve bought a ticket from buenos aires to moscow via madrid (i will be travelling next tuesday) and ive just realized that none of these airplanes have personal tv screens!! on top of that iberia was not the cheapest this time.. it costs exactly the same as lufthansa for example.!!! fuck iberia!
iberia debe de introducir los b777 con la configuracion de acientos de AA, se nota muchicimo la diferencia entre un vuelo MAD-MIA con AA y el mismo vuelo con los a 340 de IB. el espacio y el entenimiento a bordo no es el fuerte de iberia
@alexbp19 El servicio de American Airlines es terrible y caro! Mi mejor amigo pago el boleto de su papa que viajaba de San Pedro Sula Honduras a Madrid... American Airlines cobraba 2185 en clase economica.... y checamos en AeroMexico y el boleto salia en 1097 dolares, mi amigo no lo penso dos veces, cambiando de avion en Mexico City y volando en un B777, sin cargos escondidos, maletas y comida como las American Carriers!
El B777 es infinitamante más incomodo que cualquier A330/340 sobre todo la gente volando en las filas de la ventanilla. Dos frente a los tres de los B777.
Si, este avion es muy largo pero es demasiado estrecho. Los asientos y pasillos son muy estrechos. Es bastante agobiante. Casi todos los Airbus son asi. He volado en el 777 de Boeig y con una hilera mas de asientos, aun asi los pasillos eran mas anchos y los asientos tambien.
Ese vuelo es directo de Madrid a Buenos Aires? Si es asi alguin puede decirme cuanto dura, porque desde Caracas son casi 9 horas, a Buenos Aires debe ser el triple de horas.
mejor? hahahaha even air europa is better than iberia! But the best of all is TAP Portugal. Look at our new A320 and A330, they make Iberia ones look like DC-8!
Acabo de volar en este avion es enorme, pero de largo, los pasillos son muy estrechos casi no se puede caminar de frente, pero está bien, lastima que no tengan tv en cada asiento
