@IamTHEaceOFcakes doesn't matter how long your hair is :) my hair's just past my shoulders, you can do it with virtually any hair length except when i do vintage hair i prefer to do forward rolls and have curls 'cause then it gives a more authentic look :)

The issue is, most people believe Bettie Page was the only pin-up girl to ever exist. Even though, reading any information on her at all, it always says "her hair was different from what was normally done". Hell, you can go and Google Images pin-up pictures and see it was not a common style, but, this here. . . Is.

I adore this look, it's wonderful.

What the hell, people?! Obviously what the majority of you believes contrives of a "pin-up" look is only what you have seen on YouTube. This is exactly how they used to do it in the 40's and 50's. I've seen many pinup look tutorials here and while some are very good, this is first one I've seen with this unique, but GENUINELY vintage look. True, not everyone can pull off this look, but if you have the face and the body, I can totally see some stylish chic rock this look at a cocktail party.

Various people find it very difficult to recreate old pin up hollywood looks. It takes quite some time to master them actually. Someone looking for an easier alternative may find this helpful. Don't say it wasn't "Cute", just respectfully say, "This is not my style" There are various people who are very inpired by vintage eras.
