I remembered a while back rice price went up hence the outdated vid :P But ya Asian ppl aren't the only one's who eat rice like religiously :P I eat that Monday to Sunday. I can't stand Uncle Ben or any other phony rice. I live for Basmati, Jasmine rice, I think is pretty much the same.

LOL That hasn't happened in my area. Mind you there is a big difference in prices. The grocery store near my place was selling Goudas rice for $17 CDN for 8kg which 6 months ago only cost $10 CDN. That's a HUGE jump! When it went on sale for $12.99 my family and I stocked up like sandbags during a flood. LOL So I hear ya mate. I NEED rice! My family eats it 3 times a day 7 days a week. But because of this rice 'shortage' we've been slowly eating bread, pasta & potatoes. It's just not the same.
