When in Neighborhood view, push Cntrl Shift C. Type in: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

When in a lot, you can right-click on a person to get some extra options. One of them is "Spawn..." and one of the options to spawn is the "Tombstone of Life and Death." You can use the tombstone to either summon any townie or character that already exists OR instantly create a new character. But the more crowded it gets, the harder it is to play.

How do you drive with Toddlers in the car? How do you get them in the car?

@17KatieJane You can't drive with them in the car. I think the only time you can actually see the toddlers in the car in this episode is when I have it standing still. In those instances I used the "move_objects on" command to stick the babies, sitting in high chairs, into the car.

They can jump in without a diving board if they're playing Marco Polo. I think I've been able to do MP for a long time with my Sims, so if it doesn't come with the regular game, I'm guessing it came with Seasons. For the car seats I just used high chairs and put them in the van via the "move_objects on" cheat. :)
