She's playing with the chords C,G,Am,F in the key of A minor (C major), except she's using a capo, so it sounds a half step higher. If you were playing on the piano or something you would actually use the chords Db, Ab, Bbm, Gb.

Don't know if this applies to the recording version.

Yes, for the video, she played it in Bbm (Am capo 1)... and for the album Waking Up she played Bm (Am capo 2)
