lol dunno why but my shoulders can't stand over 30 secs, when i do the handstand i must have to do it close to a wall and i try to stay there the most as i can but its going hard and i feel almost at the second 28-29 that im going to fall, any info that can help me ? also great videos, you are now an inspiration for me :D !
@JMRG2992 Thanks! Keep doing 'em against the wall and do handstand push-ups as well, to strengthen your shoulders. Do negatives if you can't do HSPUs yet. Good luck!

dawalli man nice handstand control. I've done handstands on flat surfaces, but never tried doing them griping a bar. My control is very good with my hands open, but I'm not sure how gripping something will workout. Were there any changes that helped you control it on bars or is it nearly the same?
@cory108 Thanks Cory! It's actually easier when the bars are parallel because you can control both directions, but the straight bar handstands at the end of the vid are extremely hard! Takes a lot of practice, balance and strength. Can't see your most recent vid. It's blocked in this country! :(

@dawalli for pushup maybe, but for technique it is a lot easier than on the ground. I have homemade parallel bars, it is easy do it. in my FB channel you can see my first tiger bend and it was on parallel bars
