  • I like teaching the pitchers the steps they must go through just so i can explain what is going on through the process, but to make them stop until they get muscle memory during pitching steps cause the pitcher to get a hop during the stride forward. This will develope bad habits of pausing and lunging up and forward instead of striding. Watch this pitcher after pausing and when he begins again he will bear down slightly and hop upward and then forward.

  • His delivery is often off balance but getting much better. He has great velocity and ball movement.

  • Your first workout will be mostly "muscle memory" which means your body still thinks you are lifting the heavier weight or in this case you still have the bands on..

    The idea here is to build solid Core strenth through consistent training. As your Core muscles, ie. quads, hams, glutes, hips, hip flexor become stronger, you will develop a higher level of sport specific skills. Speed, power, explosion, balance and endurance.

    You missed the intire point of this demonstration.

  • Yo do this. Before shooting a basketball, lift 30 pound dumbbells. When you're done, shoot a basketball. How does it feel compare to before. First workout does absolutely nothing.
