I love how the CPU guys would rather run into the goalie than shoot the puck while on a breakaway.  Still a fun game, though. Great memories!

@DaveSwayer I have a habit of hitting players after the whistle... in 94 nothing happens... but in 92, they always want to fight, so i accidentally end up fighting a lot of players haha

They should combine the fighting in and blood of 93 with the cross checking and boarding animation of 94 that would be the last hockey ever

I wish they would make a modern NHL game, using the group of teams here; ya know with the north stars, jets, nordiques, and whalers....and have the old arenas, logos, and uniforms...

this was the first NHL game released on Genesis. However, in '91, there was "EA Hockey" released for genesis, that only had international teams. I had (and have with the emulator) both, and both were amazing.

@BDOUG23 dude, these were the best games, i love nhl 12 but if i could play an nhl 92 tournament with my friends i wouldn't even think twice about it. this game is just so much more raw than the new ones.

yup emulator... although i have this for genesis.. i used gens movie... its an emulator that records videos.. and i think it might have been... cant wait to see it man... and its fine haha
