@eichfeld007 Don't even get the DeathAdder. It's over-hyped. Trust, I got it and now I'm stuck with it. The grip is so much better with the G400, and the G400 actually performs at 1000 Hz, while this mouse performs at mid 900's.

Hey, you could have focused more on the specifications, features and the like rather than clicking, scrolling and lighting which are rather trivial. This is a Razer product, of course it would click and scroll nicely. But, you can just go to the Razer website, click on products then gaming mice and on the left-hand side of the screen at the bottom, there is a tab that says powered for mac. (Shows all razer products that are ccompatible with mac.) Hope I helped!! :-D

Went from a G500 to a Naga to this. The G500 was a great mouse. The Naga had an incredible array of buttons and an awesome responsive feel to the scroll, plus it had a great ring-finger rest. Unfortunately the Naga was a bit small for my hands, and I just couldn't palm is comfortably. The Deathadder's scroll is a bit soft and will take some getting used to, but the size and shape are absolutely perfect. Yes, Razer is a lot about marketing/aesthetics, but their mouses are not at all "garbage".
