Hi, one of our friends tole me to watch this video on youtube and they found it by accident. I was a victim of false reports to CPS for years, they never did anything but for 20 years I lived in fear of strangers, cps workers that might not be honest. I was just lucky that the cps workers they sent out were primarily honest. Now that they are making thousands of dollars for legally taking children without valid cause, this is so frightening.

I am going to court on September 2nd its my second court date. They are pulling so much stuff out of the sky its not even funny. Im taking classes doing there test and whatever other hoop the got me jumping through. I can't get the public deffender on the phone and cps only tells me what I ask and doesnt help me.

Cps workers think they are doing god's work and their really doing the devils work,breaking up familys. For they paychecks depend on the number of children they have in their program. Ive meet a lawyer who was afraid of them after he represented something and they took his child when the child was taken to the hospital for a minor accident.I can go on and on ive had lots of experience with that evil force called CPS.

The Times are running a campaign against family courts in the UK.

They've had an enormous response.

See if "The Times" can help you, as they've started supporting UK families against child protection - so the precedent is there.

Show them the UK Times campaign - to email your MP. MP's have been "swamped" by emails to support the Times.

The response has been enormous....

Thanks. I'm still learning. I'm sharing things as I go along. I was lucky enough to find out about the appeal right at 60 days so I filed mine in time. Most people don't find out until afterwards. If you have an ethical judge then the 388 is the best way to get the case back in front of the Judge. Make sure you do an attachment disputing the allegations because you only have a short time to dispute "findings" (Res Judicata). REQUEST DUE PROCESS! Good luck everyone. Organisation will be key. Child protection use "dirty tactics", so expect it, and be ready.

They will often use criminal threats - criminal courts are open, so if they're dumb enough to go down that route, use it to expose evidence that otherwise you'd be gagged about bringing into the public domain.

Time to make child protection accountable.
