First of all. Your figures are not right. Secondly. There were no death camps. Not in Finland. Civilians were not harmed. Unlike Russians. Partisans, gulags, purges.
1) The Germans weren't the allies of Finns, but co-belligerents, brothers in arms fighting against a common enemy.
2) The Germans attacked us first, to which we retaliated with the amphibious landings at Tornio, to the Germans rear. This initiated the true Lapland War. Until then, Finns and Germans had worked together in the German retreat out of Finland.
