Jikes, Hitman sells good, obviously it will come a sequel... And the cover is fake, mainly since the picture is from the mission "assylum aftermath" from "hitman: contract"... Diana uses the poison "flatline" on "47" and then on his funeral, she mixes the antidote used in the mission "flatline" (to ressurect the agent) then she kisses "47". The on PC mash "W" and PS2 (no clue) and then start killing everyone!!!

if you all play hitman blood money you will find that 47 is dead - no he isn't if you move the left analoge stick in the direction his head is facing then he goes on a killing spree and it explains why the women injects him ( with the death sirum from mission 4 Flatline ) so he can kill the people that are in each cinematics throughout the game.
