Would have been nice to show more of its actual USE! You made ONE SLICE of a potato in the demo -- that's ALL! I would have liked to see it slice more, grate a little cheese, you know - show each of the blades in action at least once or twice. This video did not answer any of the questions I had about the product. I could read everything you showed on the website. I was looking for more of an actual demo. :(

Need to show how the mandoline can also sit on top of a bowl to be used flat. There is only 1 blade that is adjustable and that is the straight edged blade. Turn to the back side of the blade and their is a somewhat v shaped lever than can be moved to make thinner or thicker slices...
My wife purchased the Ultimate Mandoline for me. I do a lot of cooking and this seemed like a good idea……until I used it. I am returning it for a refund. It is a piece of expensive junk.
