  • 2 months? really? I hardly believe that. Steroids if you ask me. I've been exercising for 1 month and eating healthy but i only managed to lose 3 kg.

  • Looks really good, but to get good six pack abs you gotta do as much cardio as weight training. Can't do spot fat removal, so cardio is the way to go. Maybe not as much, but you gotta do quite a bit.

  • What makes you so certain that this guy ' cheated' on any way or another? It is ABSOLUTELY possible if you look at it number-wise.. maybe he did work his ass off and maybe hard work does get you something.. maybe just because you didn;t make it or you are just slower, it does not mean this guy is the same.

    BTW endomorphs (chubby people) gain more muscle than any other body type and more muscle=burn more calories=more ripped.

  • You can do that in 8 weeks. When I started losing weight, I had lost over 10 pounds after 8 weeks. I'm 162 down from 270 pounds. It can be done. I mean, I'm female but I still think it can be done.

Ive seen what he does. i do the same exact things, eating and all. It takes time, The human body needs time to adapt. you cant just have serious muscle in 8 weeks.

  • you are a moron, how is a protein shake in the same category as steroids, protein shakes are just nutrition its simply milk without the fat and carbs, they just isolate the protein and package it, those results are pretty consistent i lost that much in only six weeks, it just requires working out 6-7 days a week and maintaining proper nutrition, if you lift like that without taking protein you will damage your muscles

  • you have to diet. But instead of not eaing as much, eat the same amount you usually do.. but with healthier alternatives. dont put that chemically altered crap into your body. Eat whole foods.. fruits, veggies, etc. google is your friend

  • lift weights every other night and do stomach crunches every night. and play some fun games every night like Dance Dance Revolution. Trust me if you play really fast youll get really sweaty and burn lots of calories. best to drink soft drinks and caffeine before you workout. you burn a lot more fat like that.

  • u can see the muscle even under his fat in the begining. look at the huge V in his back even when hes fat, its quite visible, u can even see the rough shapes of pecs under the moobs. doubt this guy put much muscle on, lost alot of weight more like. well done anyway.

  • Good job man, I look just like you in the start of your video. I have 8 weeks, perhaps even 16 or more... Will you please tell me what you ate during this time?? Im sure the other stuff comes w/ hard work, but I want to know cause I tend to eat too much w/ the excuse 'oh, I went to the gym today or yesterday, or 3 days ago' and eat and eat and stay at the weight you were Oct 7 2007. I have a more fit upper body cause of light jumprope/bag hitting, but im still fat, esp in the back/gut/<3 handls

  • the question is not what he ate but rather what he took....8 weeks? no way

  • Eat less and get enough protein (2 gram / kg or 1 gram / lbs will be sufficient), there is nothing more to it. Add strength training to keep more muscle or intensive cardio training to get better condition (won't affect fat loss more than even less food would do though.)
