This little lady is going to be a hearbreaker. Please look into a seat that she can use rearfacing. The convertable seats go to between 30 &35 lbs rearfacing. She will be much safer. Also keep in mind if she doesnt meet the min. limits on the seat she can't use it. Check the weight AND height mins on this seat. If you choose to keep her in this seat tighten her harness and move the CHEST clip onto her chest. With the harness coming from at or above her shoulders.
This child needs to be Rear Facing AND needs that chest clip to be at arm pit level AND needs the belt to be tighter.
