  • Good to be reminded of Alan Branscombe - hugely talented but beset with `health' problems.

  • i was very fortunate to be at this recording ,as the guest of don honeywill who is featured on bass clarinet and baritone sax ,don had taken me under his wing when i wanted to play clarinet at the tender age of ten .don also helped me when i eventually turned pro playing baritone /alto .he was a great musician and a really nice nice guy

  • I love this era of British jazz, it brings back such a good feeling especially whenTubby plays. BTW, I have no idea who my Dad was.

  • ... and my Dad is Dave Goldberg. If you have time to upload more that would be great. Thanks

  • Hi Dov, I am Michael Golding. Your father was my first cousin. My father was Simon Goldberg. Shirley and I are still in close contact with each other via the internet. She is always pleased to send me anything that turns up relating to your Dad of whom she is so very proud. My wife is Sylvia and our daughter is Kim we live in Sydney Australia. I would be happy to hear from you. Regards Michael

  • Loved seeing and hearing Dave Goldberg again. What a talent!
