@SpaceAgeNinja The guy should be there after a while if he dies. I've shot the old guy for the flowers a couple times and he keeps popping up. so check the area periodically and he'll turn up eventually. even if you save it he should still show.

@stokneez I think my problem was that I when went there the table was full, and when I went to do quests and stuff I thought the marker would stop being transparent whenever the table was available. That's not the case because when you're not in the same building the marker's always transparent, no matter what. So I guess your solution would've worked too ;)

@ihavefoundmikestooth there might be a way, search his body and see if theres a letter. if there isn't, than no im sorry theres no way. but if there is, you just found yourself a shortcut. :) go to armadillo and deliver the letter. hopefully you know where you killed him.

HOWEVER - if you didn't. you will never get 100% as far as im concerned. I apologize. you can try playing the game again making different decisions so that it's still fun. but otherwise you must play it again for 100%

It takes very very long, just set out your basic campsite and keep on saving your game.

This way you'll progress through time very quickly. It will come back, it just takes a long long time.

P.S. There are 4 encounters, all of them take a long time to reappear.
