Guys, nice concept, but it was something of a frustration for the end-user. We arrived at 9.15 for a 9.30 sitting and by 24.30 we still hadn't made it to desserts and we missed a starter (it never arrived). It took til 23.15 before any food passed our lips, we were starving needless to say.
