Why I never make an Appearance in court

So let me get this right. If you appear in court you give them the right to deal with you? What if you go to court to say, you do not enter a plea of guilty or not guilty?

All of these will place you under their jurisdiction. Did you know that? Most people do not. That is why when people come and ask for help i encourage them to study, study , study. if I got to carry you by the hand if we are fighting the enemy you are restricting me to fight with just one hand

who are agents? i never heard him say not to show up to court. he said he makes a special appearance.Marc Stevens has a more subtle approach by catching a judge in a lie rather than question jurisdiction.Stevens said jurisdiction is the most important part of a case too. Either way courts are crooked and you are dealing with a clique of criminals.

@NewVinland I agree that it gives police opportunity to arrest you. I'm talking from personal experience too. When you don't appear, piss on all the semantics, the judge WILL issue a bench warrant. Period. Bottom line, they call your name, you're not there? Judge says what they say and issue a warrant and move on. That means open season on your ass. You get stopped, the 1st thing a cop will tell you is that they have a warrant for your arrest. You see the judge, 1st they ask is where were you.

1. don't apply for marriage license. I honestly don't know why people do. Other than to be eligible for social security benefits. does any one know the benefits of a marriage license?

2. If you receive a court summons, immediately respond indicating your have no contract and you did not break any actual laws. be sure to file as special and limited appearance.

3. use a nick name while in court and explain that you have power of attorney over the person mention in the doc. your not that person.

@magnaums There are 3 ways to break the law, harming another living being, damaging someone's property or commit fraud or mischief in a contract. To act a certain manner does not mean that one has broken the law, they offended some code or statutes. Responding to their letters IS an appearance in THE court right? Since THE court is occurring during the administrative process they are serving ON you with the letters.

Law is contract, and contract makes the law, and consent makes the contract. Silence (lack of response) to the letter IS CONSENT.

When appearing (in the letters aka 'the court') you should appear 'specially not generally' too. Right?
