  • lol that would have been funny if batman pushes a button and a dart shoots her in the neck and puts her alseep at 1:08 instead haha

  • THE BEST SCENE OF THE ENTIRE MOVIE

  • I love how the music was written for every single shot in this scene. It plays a huge part in making the scene.

  • I'm fan of both versions. Stop fkn comparing them to each other especially in means of acting.

Look, you cannot judge acting only according to the actor himself. Sometimes the way they have to move/look is determined by the script and THE DIRECTOR. How the director imagines the scene and wishes to reflect. So stop bashing Christian Bale.

Take the ending of Batman Begins, "escalations" scene. There he was cool enough about Joker myth.

Both versions are different POVs. Just it!!

  • best scene were movie and this awesome soundtrack suits perfect!!! music composed by danny elfman

  • Maxer approved. To the next waster. Please leave message at last time watched. Time here 03.00 am.

  • I love her reaction after entering the cave (thinking they are about to hit the wall, I guess it starts at 1:08), the "I am so out of my depth here" look... I always thought it was very appropriate :)

  • love how batman doesnt answer her.......lol

  • This is what cinema use to be about, pure escapism. A scene that involved a seamless interaction between live shots & miniatures ( no horrible 1D CGI to TAKE YOU OUT of the fucking scene ). Brilliant music, a completely unforced atmosphere & Michael Keaton, one of the most underrated actors of all time making Batman his own for all time, Christ(ian), I hate what we have to endure nowadays.

  • Believe it or not, most, or possibly all of the outside shots of the Bat-Mobile in the forest were a miniature with a remote controlled Bat-Mobile. It's astounding. :O

  • This model of the Bat Mobile was made from a corvette, correct?

  • Such a memorable scene of the 1st Batman film, I love the way it's put together: speed out, calmness & silence in. The Elfman theme just completes it. It's that combination that makes it cinematic history in my book.

  • Silence.......that is all.

  • Michael Keaton did not need words to be Batman. He was masterful. An edgy comedian who somehow gave us the truest Bruce Wayne and alter-ego ever. A troubled and brilliant lone man NOT TO BE FUCKED WITH (ask the boys at Axis Chemicals...well, their widows and children...haha)

  • i love the way keaton potraid batman, very intimidating,, not much talking, just like a stone figure, mysterious shadow, and he dont even utter one peep in this scene just a BADASS presence about him,,,, u dont hear,, ( you been poisoned by one of scarcrows toxins, i gotta get you to the antidote,, stay calm,, RELAX,, stay calm,, RACHELLLL !!!) lol

  • @JOKAWILD26 Im sure the fact that Rachael was almost dying and was Waynes child hood friend who he was in love with had nothing to do with the way he reacted

  • @JOKAWILD26 Worse possible acting, best possible Batman portrayal.

  • you know, ive always liked Batman OVER superman. superman movies never really interested me as much as batmans did.

  • love the music in this scene, what is it called?

  • @SpikeChaosBleeds Descent Into Mystery Batman by Danny Elfman

  • @SpikeChaosBleeds "Descent into mystery"!! Even the title is cool...I miss Burton's Batman...(sigh)

  • I like this scene, on the soundtrack its labeled, Desent into Mystery".

  • Coolest scene in the movie
