@SweetLoverGirl344 No, this is another mine, located in that little island in the middle of the lake in Mother's Hill. In the Winter, the lake freezes and you can reach the entrance walking over the ice (there's also a Power Berry hidden behind that little island). When you're inside the mine, dig your way down to the last level and you'll find the entrance to the lake (you can fish the Catfish and a Power Berry there). Hope you understood, i'm not very good at English yet...

Actually, the reason why he automatically throws the fish is because it's too heavy (that's why it's considered as King Fish- biggest of the biggest fishes) that no one could carry it. So as a proof of catching that fish, he will draw a sketch of fish instead.

@gLamourAddict96 Don't worry, it's hard to get it. Since this is the only fish in this lake, you can pass a long time without catching anything (sometimes you catch fishbones).

i know that place!!!You can find it in the mine only during winter in the iced land and inside the dark cave,you'll find the mine and you just have to dig and dig until you will find a big dark cave...I caught 32 fishes for 1 month..haha!

@SeLeNa333100 go to the beach @ around 7-10 am or pm , in saturday or sunday taLk to him , MAKE SURE you have 1 sLot for tooLs avaiLabLe , he'LL give you the rod

@SeLeNa333100 Just go to the beach with a tool slot free after 7pm on a friday/saturday/sunday and talk to the fisherman, he'll give you the rod. He will be near the boat, go to the end of the pier.

@jhovyjhov It's on the winter mine, just dig until you reach the bottom level, the lake is there. (I don't know if the girl's version has it, but probably yes)

@darkmulawin Go to the lake that frozes in winter, there will be the entrance to the winter mine (In the middle of the lake, just walk in the ice). After you enter it, dig until you find all the stairs. At the bottom level there will be an entrance to the lake. Hope you find it :D

yeah, it's the ps1 version. this lake is at the bottom of the mine that appears in winter, you should dig until you find the last leveland theres the lake :)
