  • One of the Best QBs in the History of the NFL

  • He dived into the end zone!

  • Fuck Rogers

  • #10: No one catches Robert Brooks.

  • nice description

  • favre was a good guy but then he became a jackass

  • which retirement was this?

  • Don't get me wrong Aaron Rodgers is awesome but watching Favre play is the best football anyone could watch. The character he brings to the game is just amazing. Not to mention his longetivity in the game.

  • BRETT FARVE IS NOT BETTER DEN AARON RODGERS :)

  • @IMABEASTMAN100 Have you ever watched Favre play? He is quite possible the best player to ever play the game.

  • @lax181025 No, he's not, and I spent a long time watching him as a huge Packers fan. Favre had great physical skills, but far, far too often he was reckless with the ball. His meltdowns cost the Packers likely 1-2 more Super Bowl wins....the 6 interception performance in the playoffs against the Rams, the awful just toss it up interception against the Eagles in the playoffs, the boneheaded interceptions against the Falcons and Vikings in the postseason...a lot good, a lot bad with Favre.

  • @theaterdreamer The only reason they were ever in contention was the quarterback play of Brett. You failed to mention how the packers always choke in the playoffs like when they played the eagles in the divisional round on 4th and 26 they let mcnabb convert it and win the game. Even with this years league MVP the pack choked in the playoffs granted Favre did make mistakes but not near as many at his team did.

  • Bugger Favre. He overstayed his welcome. Where are the lowlights?

  • go Pack go

  • go favre 4ever

  • @Rezevi 6 years,not 5

  • damn it! the name of vid should be top ten moments, not plays.

  • Comment removed

  • I wouldn't care if Favre had his unretire retire thing for the next ten years as long as I could watch him make magic happen on the field I miss him in the NFL:(

  • wanna see my penis?

  • Rodgers will never replace Farve

  • Brett favre is a legend and don't deny it

  • If they could edit this vid, his TD pass to beat the 49ers in 2009 would have been #1. Damn good pass.

  • Yes he won !!

  • Did he ever win the superbowl?

  • @azteck303 yes he did

  • Yes. Although a huge Tom Brady fan, right now, (right now) the last 2 years, Rodgers, in my opinon is the best. However, not all-time. Rodgers has to be putting numbers up like this for at least 5-10 years. Everyother great quarterback put great numbers up on a consistent base over a very long time span. You can't say someone is the best to ever play the game if they've been amazing for 2-3 years. They have to be amazing for their whole career. But yea, Rodgers is great.

  • i wasnt even born on the first one -_-

  • farve wasnt da best but he sure was gutsy

  • they should have showed brett favres first ever comlpetion as a packer he caught it himself

  • Just a beast!!!!

  • I am a Lions fan.

I saw #4 tear us apart time and time again. I couldn't stand him most of the time, but truthfully, I respected the hell out of this guy. Fantastic football player.

  • @Pontini10 don't worry he used to rape my bucs as well

  • Who is that #85? It's not Jennings, is it?

  • @grizzlies456 Yep it is! Jennings was in his second season.

  • i guess most people forgot that brett favre was once the best quarterback in the nfl. i have no hate towards aaron rodgers and i actually like the guy but he has yet to reach that status.

  • @bonzie1645 you dont consider Rodgers the best quarterback in the NFL right now? I'd agree if you said Favre has accomplished more and had a better career but I think that Rodgers is definitely the best quarterback in the NFL right now.

  • boo farv go rogers

  • @82superawesome RODGERS looked up to, learned from, and respected Favre like a mentor.

  • I wish he would of retired after green bay

  • Oh brett farve .... you walking punch line xD

  • lol "that was like the cretacious period" at 1:06

  • 1:45 - wait, he was MOBILE once upon a time? Holy testicles.

  • have that Packers Raiders monday night game on tape somewhere.. yet to find though

  • i miss favre. ;(

  • Its odd looking back Favre playing for the packers because my last memory of him is everyone hating him because he played for Minnesota

  • They should seriously make a Top 10 Brett Favre Playoff Meltdown moments.

  • @auburn5978 amen

  • say what you want but that man played with heart and soul. true legend

  • Im glad he came out of retirement or else he wouldn't have had that great season with the Vikings

  • Rodgers learned from the best..

  • @skaterish503 Brett Favre refused to teach Rodgers

  • @skaterish503 and made his own improvements.

  • @skaterish503 Ya, Rodgers learned not to throw the ball into triple coverage. Rodgers now is playing at a higher level than Favre did in his MVP seasons. 45 TD passes, 6 INT...those are Madden Football #'s.

  • @theaterdreamer You are right Rodgers learned how not to throw cause the PACK did not make it to 2 Superbowls cause chose not to even throw the ball at all. Then he had the gall to say his teammates on his Probowl team did not play to their best .What an asshole and he will never be as good as Brett ever. Brett never ever no matter what sat down .

  • @APRIL2719621 My ass brett never, what I think you mean is, give up, He could've lead the packers to the superbowl for his third time but gave up when it mattered. He could've lead the vikings to a super bowl, but did the exact same thing. Not that he isn't good, He is a top 10 QB, but you logic is flawed.

  • @theaterdreamer Rodgers is now playing at a higher level than Brett you are right :0) OH wait you are a dumbass cause Aaron did not play and then his team got their ass beat and did not make itto the Superbowl when they were 15-1. Then he played in the Probowl and was pissed cause the players were not all in it?? Things that make you go hmmm?

  • I agree the Favre was great, but when it's all said and done Rodgers will have a better career.

  • I just love the Packers and that includes both Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre.

  • @IronAaronRodgers That's under today's game, under today's rules, which protect a qb. When Favre was playing, he didn't have those luxuries. He constantly got hit, and got injured, and kept on playing. So you can't really compare the two just because of those circumstances.

  • If this video was made in 2010 or something like that, the #1 play should've been Favre's great pass to Greg Lewis when he was a Viking against the 49ers with 4 seconds to go in the game to win it. Another top 10 should've been the one where Favre got his 500th passing TD to Randy Moss

  • @IronAaronRodgers dont get me wrong, aaron rodgers is an amazing quaterback!! but the thing wit him and favre is just like montana and young, first there was joe montana then there was steve. first there was favre then there was rodgers

  • Brett really helped save the Packers. Prior to his arrival, GB was a backwater hole in the NFL. No one wanted to go there. Organization was a shambles. He was main reason Reggie White went there and turn it around. Helped boost team interest and make stadium rehab possible. Even tho the separation was messy, the Pack and Brett will reconcile and make some more money together.

  • to bad they didnt make this the next year so they could show the viking vs. 49ers and his amazing throw to greg lewis

  • GREEN BAY ALL THE WAY

  • think its funny people talking about aaron rodgers bein so great. They call him a young Brett Favre. Take brett Favres stats in his carreer where rodgers is now and Favre wins. Rodgers is able to do the things he does now because Favre built the team and Rodgers is just mimiking Favre. injure Rodgers and see if he shows up on game day ready to play. never stopped favre.

  • say what u want about favre but u dont get called the Iron Man of Football for nothing. dude played a day after his dad died and with unbelievable injuries (ie. broken thumb on throwing hand) that no other QB to date would be on the field with. i wasnt a huge favre fan but as a Football fan he made the game great to watch. although he did out play himself by not retirring when he should have. Hall of Fame for sure

  • if you really think about it, favre made the packers who they are now. without favre, the bears would of still be beating them, without favre, they would never drafted rodgers. so overall if you want to beat favre, beat all his records and games played. he is already on top and to you guys who think rodgers is the best. he is not until he accomplish what favre has done in his career.

  • lol first ones date is 9/11

  • ahhh the good old days when he wasnt a d-bag

  • The only reason Favre easily broke Jawroski streak record is Favre became a "PROTECTED" QB in 1998.

  • @skywalker7327 Actually Favre played injured and or hurt half the time. I never seen Favre sit with a bruised hand. That was someone else who did that. Vicks a bitch!!

  • @bocapone556 Ok but realize that NFL banned those shoulder pad banned hits on most QBs in 1998. Yeah the white QBs, come on act normal, no need for that crazy shit. The hits that result helmet to helmet.Lunge hits. Also Manning passed Jaws. 1998 - 2005. 2005 the last year without that bitch Goodell.Look into the banned shoulder pad hits. Believe me Manning never went through what Jaws went through. Ok Vick cried in 2011 but before he complained he was lunged hit a lot

  • @skywalker7327 Regardless of color, team, etc. In all sports bigger name athletes are going to get favored. Baseball, great pitchers usually get the border line strike call. Is it fair? No, never said it was. I agree that the NFL is going in the wrong direction and it has a largely to do with money. Between TV contracts and player contracts, guarantee's etc. The owners are trying to get their money's worth. But with that comes all the other bullshit and we get a watered down NFL.

  • @bocapone556 All QBs look protected now. Ever since Vick complained. NFL is getting worse. The only QBs that were REAL last year were Roethlisberger,Vick,Garrard,Freeman,Young,McNabb. Now no one's real. Oh yeah we had Favre getting hammered last year but Favre was protected since 1998. I think Favre was no longer "PROTECTED" cuz he got into some trouble with Jets. Roethlisberger too years ago. Or maybe they were just tired of him. More people calling him overrated so maybe he don't sell anymore.

  • @skywalker7327 If the league continues this way, I won't be watching it for much longer. Let them play the way it was intended to be played. The players know the risk and reward with playing pro ball. The owners should also know that risk. To much politics in sports now for it to be a SPORT. It's crazy.

  • They left out the best play! The one where Cory Wooton left him in a heap on the frozen turf of Gopher Stadium.

  • too bad we can't remember Favre as this man instead of the retired- hey i want my job back; sorry we already gave it to Aaron Rodgers who's probably gonna win us more championships than you did- retired again- hey i'm back except this time i'm with one of the Pack's biggest rivals- retired one more time- back with those big rivals again except this time i suck- retired for good this time... maybe

  • #2 should be #1

  • this has changed. (vikings vs 49ers)

  • Hey for #8 he said it was in the creataceous period...I studied the Cretacous period in science class

  • wow i member that game he played when he lost his dad.... seems just lust like yesterday man im old

  • Thats right! Those are the best plays. Not that Vikings 49ers Crap!

  • favre=trash

  • @DallasFanTillThaEnd

Umm Rodgers and Manning have not thrown for 500 yards in a game

  • Favre did NOT break Jawroski's record clean. NFL started to "Protect" QBs in 1998. Manning to passed Jawroski. No way could skinny Manning do that when NFL was the REAL NFL.

  • no one i am the best packers' fan ever in Honduras we love brett favre but we have right the best qb ever 12 rodgers... i love brett... but you failed you played by vikings losers...never won a superbowl... 12 rod... its rigth now ever even you a best qb GB are protect GO PACK GO form HONDURAS Since 1993...

  • @manuelfcoparedes Favre did too win a superbowl.

  • @DallasFanTillThaEnd Hey mother fucker, that was a up there to show respect for Brett Favre's father. No one cares what kind of defense the Raiders had, the fact that Favre played a remarkable game a day after his father died is something to remember. Show some respect you goddamn Cowboys hick, go blow Tony Homo's 2 inch penis. Also have fun sitting out of the playoffs for another consecutive year.

  • Favre= Overrated... everyone else posted their opinion so i am posting mine...

  • @RiseAgainst1201 Not overrated if he owns the TD passing record. You cant be overrated.

  • @modernwarfare2mas7er im not saying im overrated...

  • 1:00 probably could have ran it in for the td himself..

  • september 11th

  • Brett cared for Reggie and all you the dis him dont even know Reggie or even care . Brett will not think of himself the greatest . He will always play for Reggie and Big Irv Now any of you that will not step to the plate for a loved one as he did you are ignorant and do not care

  • @DallasFanTillThaEnd Arrogant and ignorant? What a nice combination.

  • @DallasFanTillThaEnd we werent talking about any game, any day. you commented to the guy who said something about that the #2 clip. the day after his dad died he played a almost perfect game and you hate on him and acted like anyone can do that.

  • @DallasFanTillThaEnd when you say that any of the other nfl qb's can do that without actually knowing that for a fact, its hating. you surely weren't giving a compliment by that comment.

  • @DallasFanTillThaEnd yeah, its easy to hate on him from the couch.

  • @DallasFanTillThaEnd Hey asshole, that was just after his dad died, maybe you should show some more respect. I can see why people hate the dallas cowboys so much.

  • If for nothing else, #2 is why he is the greatest ever.

  • anytime favre runs you know it HAS to be a top play

  • What a guy

  • Greatest QB in the history of the NFL !!!!

  • @auburn5978 no, joe montana, steve young, and peyton manning better

  • typo on quarterbacks at 3:29

  • no one has more haters than favre. no one has more fans. (except jordan. hahaha) love 4

  • What about the play when he became the all time NFL leader in interceptions?

  • I love number 5.. fucking awesome..

  • favre faked about 85% of his injuries just to look like a badass

  • @WiLDHaNdZ yeah you're right.. he broke his own thumb, puked fake blood, lied about his dad dying and wife having breast cancer, stained his ankle/leg blue and purple for the hell of it, had multiple surgeries just for the hell of it.. yup all fake...

  • overtime vs broncos. nuff said

  • As great as Favre is/was, his biggest problem always was that he could not see the difference between SMART passes vs. trying to be the hero.

  • That god damn Raiders game.. Brings chills and a few tears every time. God damn it I love Brett Favre.

  • @BadCoverMan I want to watch that game again.. I can't find it online anywhere

  • @WarEagle140 *sad face* Damn it, it must be out there somewhere.

  • @BadCoverMan if you find it, please send the link to me

  • gotta love how some whore can just say something bad about a celebrity and all the sheep believe its true. Only thing different with favre is that hes not black.

  • spungnut fuck u bith favre is #1 in a lot of shit and yeah he sent pics to hot chicks and ugly bitches like ur mom... FAVRE #1 BITCHES

  • Imagine if they did "Brett Favre's top INTs"...it would be an hour long show.

  • @spungnut stfu

  • @spungnut how many games in the NFL have you played?

  • @WarEagle140 Your man-love for Favre is precious. But don't hold your breath, no dick picks for you.

  • @spungnut are you fucking gay? Sounds like your doing some Freudian defense mechanisms here.

  • @WarEagle140 Instant dream analysis for you: Your dreams about Brett Favre taking you away on horseback don't make you gay, but they do make you gay for Brett Favre. Don't worry, John Madden suffers from the same gay-Favre-illness. You two should form a club.

  • @spungnut Like I said, it sounds like your projecting on me and now John Madden.

  • @WarEagle140 You should just call him....I'm sure since it'll be years until your voice drops, you can pull off a decent Jenn Sterger impression over the phone. Good luck!

  • @spungnut you assume I'm a little kid huh? funny.. I love people like you who talk a bunch of shit and act tough online, it's real intimidating. Oh and btw, since you think I am a kid, it is pretty pathetic on your part that you are talking shit to me. Real mature, your parents really raised you right. Especially seeing you are talking about dick pics and stuff. That's close to being a pedophile dude so you're lucky I'm not a little kid.

  • @WarEagle140 LOL Did you call Brett yet?

  • @spungnut fag

  • @spungnut SSSSHHHHH!!!! haha

  • @spungnut not as long as your cum swallowing show

  • @DylanDTrimble LOL, this coming from a kid who records himself covering john mayer songs. That's so cute.

  • @spungnut @spungnut lol! this is coming from a 25 year old who drives down the highway and records himself tryin out for the new moive "i like men" maybe you should try out john mayer for a little while and see how much more pussy you get when you were in high school. to bad you cant relive cuz im doin purdy good :D

  • my bad dan marino play 17 years also

  • dan marino only play 16 years for the passing td record and brett favre broke that record his 17th year in the nfl

  • brett favre was young?

  • I feel bad for Brett he's definitely going to be a vegetable and also his brain been through so much damage. I pray for him.

  • nothing against Brett Favre but looks like his receivers are the one doing the job wit the Y A C

  • @MrQuentinRobinson : That's not just with Favre, but with every QB that has played in the West-Coast offense. Favre, Rodgers, Young, Montana. It's all about YAC yards.

  • soon to be eagle in 2011-2012 season!!!!!!

  • Rodney Peete was the best quarterback ever. The only quarterback to break his own ankle and cost us the game.

  • Favre...Greatest Ever.

  • @MrMusicMovieLover aaron rodgers is waaaaay better!

  • @theguest00 Rodgers is better, I think he'll win many superbowls, but he didn't show he was better than Favre until late 2010 and in the superbowl. If you asked me in 2009 who was better, I'd say Favre, but after his superbowl win and after how good he's looked this season, Rodgers is obviously better. For now anyways, who knows, he might have a huge drop off in the future like Favre did.

  • @MrMusicMovieLover No, Rodgers... Greatest Ever.

  • Pure track meet from 0:07 - 0:15. Love it. That Chicago Bear ends up running out of bounds b/c he knew Robert Brooks was smoking him.

  • vikings should have been in the superbowl

  • @TacoNipples3 haha never

  • Favre for HOFer

  • they should have included the play when he layed down in the pocket for michael strahan

  • @ flyboy Montana is who is overrated. Guy had Jerry Rice, Dwight Clark, and Roger Craig who people forget still holds records. He also had the best set of DBs ever assembled on defense. Somebody will argue that Favre had defense in 1996...ok...Montana had D his whole career.

  • How old is this? This is a more accurate list of top plays than the other 1 that's on youtube. The only thing overrated about Favre is his rep as a choler. I'll tell you who choked against the Giants, the whole rest of the team (did they even show up?). Same against the Eagles and Vikings. Then the refs choked against the Saints. Can't argue with the Rams game. Guess nobody's perfect

  • Interesting... no Vikings highlights

  • Had he not made so many bonehead plays over his career he could have easily been the greatest QB of all time but not the case. I think that honor belongs to Joe Montana.

  • Really? they managed to find 10?

They had to scrap the bottom of the barrel for this loser.

  • I don't care what anybody says, he will always be the greatest QB of all time in MY books. Although Aaron Rodgers is playing catch up pretty quickly.

  • @BadCoverMan He already did. Favre had a grand total of one championship.

  • @copraiders1 There's more to being a great QB than winning championships. Would you say that Eli Manning is better than Dan Marino? 0.o

  • @BadCoverMan No, but my whole thing is that Favre is beyond overrated. He has taken on this whole image of this amazing QB that has a ton of championships when in reality he continually chokes in the playoffs. I have never seen a QB choke with a game on the line in the playoffs more than Favre. The six pics against the Rams, three vs the Cowboys, the two fumble pic game against Denver, the OT pic against the Eagles, Giants, and Vikings. Great regular season QB put horrible post season one.

  • @copraiders1 Yeah there's no doubt about the fact that he's a choker. However I still don't think he's overrated.

  • im so glad I came to post about Brett Favre, the downside is the fan boys ,Armchair QB , failed athletes ,that worship Brett, jump down anybodies throat that may have a slightly different take on Brett,no room for independent thought, we must have group thought.I think Brett is one of the best, but dont expect me to put him up on pedestal,my mind doesnt work that way,I sure hope to see in HOF in 2016.but his actions toward the end of the career ,was not what I wanted to see ,from Him,

  • @1:00 He could have just ran that

  • The packers better retire the number 4. Actually... They should retire the number 4 for all the teams.

  • he's a legend QB

  • i hated him when he joined the vikings but since he retired i like him noow he did alot for the packers i respect that and i like him

  • Old video, saw a headliner saying "Suns sign Goran Dragic."

Ah... too bad he got traded this year. Too bad... Too bad for him.

  • #1 showing his small ass dick to the world

  • Moving to a rival team in the last years of your career should not make a difference in someone being inducted into the hall of fame...was it a bad choice, maybe. But a choice he made so he could keep playing. He was going to be replaced by Rodgers if he stayed. He is an exceptional QB and will be in the Hall of Fame.

  • wow September 11, now that was a great day.......for Favre
