that car "no name" in the beginning is the car, what appears in the arcade mode's loading. It generates the current car you are driving to the background, and now nanoflooder is driving it with that emulator O.O

No. Those are called "default". They are used when a car or track has no real name/logo.

The default car name is RX-7 A-Spec LM and Autumn Ring Mini is the default name for tracks

It's not cheating or hack. When u make (or not make) record on machine test and than save game some cars delete or be like my Calibra with 3k HP and cant move in race. Sorry b/c I am not sure about record (make not make) i played this long time ago. :)

theres cheats on the gameshark that can do this i did it but didnt like them and did it properly, also hes corrupted his file by turning it off after 80 or so% is saved DONT TRY THIS, the trophy rx7 at the end was funny though

some of them aren't hidden cars, they are glitches because SCEA rushed the game for christmas 1999 leaving the game with a lot of bugs: the alteration of your cars/erased garage list, corrupt saves, no time records on Simulation Disc, etc.
