I think it has to be the Singaporean army. As far as I know they are the only ones in Asia who use the Leo2.
It is a upgraded version of the Leo2 A4, with a different modular armor pack from the chisel-shaped one most Leo2s got, as you can see in this video.

There are 2 specialised Leopard recovery tanks[aka Bergepanzer 3 "Büffel" one of which is 81701MID]parking at the side near old parliament house for 31.7.2010 rehearsal
