@dirtypoptoxic i dont think the goal was to go blonde...i think they were trying to lift her base color and make it lighter.

@dirtypoptoxic You do know that the goal is to show the process right, not to mention that some women don't want highlights that are really light. They may want a color that's closer to their natural color.
