Well, now I get it----thanks!! Social Media sure is the next informational highway in this technical world. It is an Outbreak, and Epidemic, and the only way to market a business to reach the masses to get results and be successful. No, I'm not involved yet, I'm not even one of the 500 million on Facebook but I see, this is the future or the NOW, and it's never too late! Again, THANKS!!

I'd rather hire SocialEpidemyk to do my social media than that fella, although he got his point across...not the way I want my point across! @mjlburns You should sign up for GOOGLE ALERTS. It's a free service from Google that will let you get an email notification anytime someone mentions your name, your company name, or your brand on the web. That is a great way to see what people are saying about you the second it happens. Moms use it on their kids' names to make sure there aren't any creeps exploiting their children.

@luketsmith Start by Googling your business name. It should rank #1. What kind of sites come up under you? Competitors? Review sites giving your business a bad name? If you get your company involved in social media you can have your Facebook page rank #2 and your Twitter page rank #3. That is the first step. Dominate the top 3 positions in Google search results for your brand. You will see how much extra traffic this will bring in to your company website.
