  • your NOT being honest lady...

  • @Thunderspank300 Well, it has been almost a year later. Have you looked at my recent videos? I have no reason to lie in any of my videos that I do. I am now doing daily vlogs of my eating and exercise and posting it weekly. There is no lying anywhere. I don't have time for lies and I showed a very honest experience, which is mine.

  • Lots of controversy, as can be expected! My own truth is that both diet (what i eat) and exercise factor into weight loss.

New discoveries are coming in all the time. Ie, 10 years ago or so we thought that all fats were bad for health and wgt loss too, now that is shifting again! As for exercise, many folks still think that 20-30 mins continuous aerobics are optimal for wgt loss. But now, people are getting aware of interval trng for optimal fat burn. Got to stay open and learning, imo.

  • also check out liferegenerator on youtube , hes a cool guy and is directed to raw foods , but his principles transfer.

  • Hi hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

  • you forget we are animals ... we hunt , we kill , we eat . thats the cycle, MILLIONS of years later that is still the cycle .

    we hunt = exercise

    we kill = preperation

    we eat = regeneration

it works for all creatures on this planet, us included.

  • @TheGenetic1 When I am at goal weight, I will most likely maintain with mostly raw, with some cooked meats, fish, eggs, and raw milk. I am not a vegan, I am just trying to lose weight.

  • @Ineedmorelives yes sweet i understand, but just some words of advice to get you to your target weight cardio work (not a marathon lol) be it light cardio 3days a week will boost you to your goal :)

its like a guarenteed short cut, all the best

  • @TheGenetic1 Thank you, I am really working on it. It's hard sometimes, but I do what I can. I got into raw foods because of Dan =) It's so simple but we don't really think about it. Thanks for your comments!

  • WOW you are so hot.

  • You don't lose weight with diets. You need to get off your ass and exercise. You should be eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. Your diet sounds very, very bad.

  • @SolomonKull So, you only lose weight with exercise? Interesting. Actually, I am on a raw food diet in this video so there were a lot of fruits and vegetables along with homemade raw dehydrated crackers and such. Did you watch the entire video? I am working on a diet and exercise vlog that shows all the exercise I do and the food that I am eating. It's 100% raw. First video posts this Saturday.

  • @SolomonKull You do lose weight when you change your lifestyle, which is the "diet". That's the problem with people, they don't understand lifestyle change. Raw vegans and fruitarians lose a lot of weight.

  • here's some advice that you were asking for. up your calories to 2500. cut out all fats. get your cals from whole fresh fruits and fresh veggies. if you stick to this there is no way in the world that you will have a lot of weight on you. give it one year and see where you are.

  • @didrock17 I don't know, I feel like I'm being lied to. I am starting this week to record everything I eat and every exercise session I have on video. I will post it weekly. I did one already but the video got deleted because I made a mistake =(. I looked back on what was written down, and for a fat person, there is no way that I should have gained weight, but I did (+2 kilo). It was all raw with no nuts, seeds, or raw gourmet desserts.

  • @Ineedmorelives you can do it. it just takes consistent work. it will take time. i've lost 40 lbs in a few months. i am now going for round 2 for another weight loss time. im expecting this time to take a little longer. dont go exercising too much though. take a walk a day- .5-1 mile to start slow. you can make this change, it is not easy though. you have to take one day at a time.

  • You are on a starvation diet. If you are going to be on raw diet you still need to get 1500 calories or else your body just holds on to the weight.

  • Don't get me wrong it is much better to eat fruit compared to a candy bar!

  • You will lose weight it just takes time! Fruit also puts weight on me,but the fruit eaters tell me it can't be true! lol...

  • @RawFoodGuy99 I know what you mean! Do you have a gallbladder? I am trying to figure out the weight gain with fruit. I think everyone thinks I'm lying or cheating. Last time I tried all fruit, I gained 17 pounds in just a few days. I do agree though, they are much better than candy bars!

  • Check out Eat Right for your Blood Type def.... B's would do well with Raw Dairy, turkey, lamb, ... but you need to avoid CORN, Tomatoes, and chicken, wheat... I bet if you follow the B diet pretty strictly weight will drop off quick... ALso, spreading out the meals with no "snacking" and nothing to eat after 7 would work wonders to....I advise people for a living.. so feel free to ask questions or make an appointment.....

  • @stevebeisheim The concept sounds good, but I can't tolerate grains and I believe grains were meant to be a famine food in Egypt and not part of a natural, regular diet. I definitely believe that eating mostly raw but adding meat in is the best diet for most people though. I admire people who can adhere to a 'plan' or a lifestyle, but I'm just not that disciplined. I do thank you for your advise though. I am about to do an "I'm not well" video and that will expose my issues a bit further.

  • you look way less than 245

  • @MoldytoasterMedia Black is a good color. My legs are like barrels though and I store most of my weight there. For some reason if people see a picture from the shoulders up, I look like a chubby girl instead of an obese one. It's an illusion unfortunately, but thanks a lot! Hey, I like taping stuff too, but only to fix it like the Red Green show =)

  • Congrats on your fast... As far as diet goes, check out the Paleo way of eating... You can still go raw actually... If you're Blood Type 0 (blood type diet), then raw/rare red meat is wonderful for you, filling, muscle building and you'll lose lots of weight.. Raw Vegan just doesn't work for everybody (blood type 0's especially,, they need animal protein)...

  • @stevebeisheim I'm B+. I am coming to realize that 100% raw is just not maintainable and punishing myself and feeling guilty for wanting meat and eggs- which I believe we were born to eat. Even monkeys eat meat in the wild.

  • Did you do that what durianrider recomend. fruit, sleep, and lots of lots of water when being fruitarian. Im also have issue with fruit. I have some teeth issue ad find a way, Nice to hear our voice.

  • your eating too much then

  • @Air2dig24 Unfortunately, the point of raw is that you're not restricted. To lose weight it seems I have to eat less than 1,000 calories which is much lower than what I should be eating.

  • @Ineedmorelives how many calories does your body need to maintain your weight?

  • @Air2dig24 To maintain I would have to eat 2246, to lose to get to goal weight I would have to eat 1991 w/ exercise - without exercise I would have to eat 1746.. A lot of websites are telling me this, but my metabolism is much slower than that. Even with daily walking and biking, unfortunately! I like raw, but I like losing weight too lol. Thanks, a lot of people say that I don't look my weight, but I keep most of it on my barrel legs lol.

  • @Ineedmorelives so websites are telling you 2246 but you feel its actually much lower? whats your best guess as to how much it is?

  • @Air2dig24 Honestly, about 900 with some days eating less than that.

  • @Ineedmorelives you dont look 250 for the record!

  • Polycystic ovaries, insulin resistance, Cushings? Good luck to you with your endeavors.

  • stop all diets r body might be in shock n be storing fat

  • Thanks ;) Im also very new to raw vegan. Im at 161 and dropping lbs. I Know that doctors will not diagnose you with it if you are not a high enough rating on the scale. Honeslty you could rate at a low Hypothyroid and they wont diagnose you. I feel its a good thing i dont agree with conventional doctors and pills. I take like 9 pills of suppliments and thats all. Nature is perfect. Sience is not. Dont be a guinea pig with their pills. My natropathic Dr is a god send.:)

  • Do you think maybe you have hypothyroidism? I have it. My natropath diagnosed me and Im really noticing a difference. I take suppliments and that really helps! Perhaps you should talk to a natropath about it.

  • @mrskuehl1 Yes, I thought it was for a long time, but my doctors did 3 tests for hypothyroidism and they all came back normal. They even put me on synthroid for a while but I gained 8 pounds on it because it made me insatiably hungry! I thought I had it because I get cold easily and stay cold. I would love to go to a natropath because I believe I have a problem with my hormones and endocrine system and I thought they could help me. Thank you so much for your advice! I am glad you are doing well!

  • @Ineedmorelives G.Ps tests for thyroid function are not that great. they generally test for thyroxine (T4). T4 is not the active thyroid hormone and has to be converted into T3. This then has to enter the cell and bind to receptors. T4 levels can be normal but conversion to T3 and utilisation of T3 may be impaired, People practicing functional medicine will be able to help

  • This isn't water fasting. This is the water diet, I water FASTED for 40 days and lost 32 lbs and you'll lose more weight on a vegetable diet then on a fruit diet.

  • @smilt123 I water fasted for 40 days. This is the video I took one month later. I made other videos during my fast. This was not a 'diet' as I did it not only to lose weight, but to heal.

  • Yeah.. I think you should workout,!! and workout hard!! talk to your doctor ofcourse!!!

    You can do it!!!

  • Don't give up!!!! There are other ways..!!!

And oh you sound like the once i spoke to when I was in the call center industry lol

  • Increase the amount of exercise you do you seem to be very lethargic and lazy. Eating your fruits on a raw diet is important and the greens is vital but truly exercise and increasing your lean muscle mass will help you out. Try juicing more then eating salads far less fiber and easy digesting. You will tend not to lose weight if you are starving yourself. Your body may be so toxic it is taking time to clean out the crap from all the years of eating junk. EAT TONS OF WATERMELON.

  • @ocbc1975 I don't know what gave you the impression that I am very lethargic and lazy. I ride a bike as my only source of transportation, behind walking. I walk every single day. Thanks for your comments.

  • @Ineedmorelives i agree with you that it was very rude and inconsiderate of "ocbc1975" to assume you are lazy, but you didnt mention working out in your response. Walking is good, but you need to be doing high intensity cardio EVERY DAY if you wanna lose weight. (but dont do that if you're on a water fast, your body wont have enough energy and you might faint)

  • i think she is lying. she don't look 248 to me. just by going by her face. btw, i eat everything and i'm 180 pounds and average height and 47 YO.

  • @mr5exywolf No, my weight was accurate. I have full body shots in several of my videos. I am 5'0". Why would I lie about it?

  • you really should add some protein like beans, nuts, or fish. If your still trying to lose. I think you should fast again and then try the foods your eating now. You may also want to incorporate some walking and or some type of exercise. Good Luck

  • OK you shouldn't necessarily just think about the weight but think about you are GAINING HEALTH! If you do that you will probably appreciate the fact you will have a longer life and your body should be so much better off than eating junk, right? See some professional nutritionists I am sure there MUST be something you could do to speed up the process of losing fat. There are some juicing recipes that are sure to melt cellulite! Good Luck :) DON'T QUIT!

  • @bluffr22 No way to be healthy at 230#. Some peoples metabolisms are insanely efficient. I would restrict my eating to green veggies only. Fruits have sugar, but greens have as much fiber as carbohydrates. Spinach, Kale, cabbage, tomatoes, coconut, avacado, etc. Mix stuff in a Vitamix it tastes better and ice makes it into an ice cream substitute.

  • You may try eating 2oz of protein with green leafy veggies every three-four hours...Unfortunately You need the protein to fuel the muscle and get your body in ketosis....you will lose the weight...You will not lose weight with only fruit and grains...I've tried it and it doesn't work...And Fasting does not work...check out 6 week body makeover website and Jorge Cruise website...♥

  • You're cute, it's the most important thing at the end of the day ;)

  • @Aislan4414 Drink a lot! Take a bath every day and sit in the tub for a while and soak. Be careful of what you put on your skin- try staying home and not wearing deodorant so you can detox. Deodorants have aluminum in them and they don't allow you to sweat so don't wear it. Don't wear lotions, and be careful of the soap you use. Ok, last tip, brush your teeth 2 or 3x a day with Tom's non-fluoride toothpaste. Youll feel better by doing these. I wish you health. Good luck!

  • @Aislan4414 ..the water tastes bad here. Ok, so the flu symptoms you are feeling are GREAT. You want that. That means your body is going through a healing crisis and is dumping massive amounts of toxins in your blood stream. You eliminate out of your mouth - it will become sticky and stinky, your bladder, your colon, and your skin. It's important to take an enema (which I didn't do) for at least the first week. You will feel SO much better if you do. Get an enema bag kit on Amazon. (Cont..)

  • @Aislan4414 Hiya Aislan, haven't seen you for a while. I have been doing good. Losing slowly. After my fast people told me that I should have had distilled water, since there are no minerals or anything in distilled water, it cleans you out faster because your body isn't processing minerals. You cannot live on distilled water though, because you need minerals. I would think that spring water would be fine to drink. I drank filtered water, as Israel's water is desalinated from the ocean.. • I always roll my eyes when people try to claim their obesity defies biological laws. Cut out sugar (no more than 12 grams a day), eat 800-1000 calories a day from vegetables and it is impossible to not lose weight unless you have a thyroid problem or are on some sort of medication (depression meds etc).

In three months if you're still fat after reading this you have nobody to blame but yourself, PERIOD.

  • @supercabbagefart I know right? I should be thin in 3 months. I do not eat sugar, I do not eat grains. I'm still fat but losing slowly. I'm at 226 as of today. Some people are just different than others. Instead of rolling your eyes, try a little tolerance and understanding of different people's metabolisms and processes. Some of the people leaving comments to me are the most hateful people I have never met.

  • @Ineedmorelives Awww, life is so unfair and the world is out to get you! Let me guess, you either don't work or have extreme difficulty holding a job because your boss's are mean to you.

  • @supercabbagefart And you're a big person who trolls other people's videos leaving rude remarks because you feel bad about yourself. There is no need for the anti-depressants you take... since you know everything, you should be able to heal yourself.

  • @Ineedmorelives I'm not on and never have been on any type of anti-depressant and am not taking any medication whatsoever. I'm not going to respond to any more of these as it started off with me just stating the mean truth and now it's come into drama.

  • the lemonade diet is a cleansing diet and as such is better for the body than water fasting. did u get all the correct info re following the diet. it is so important! your tongue will become coated during the diet, when it becomes clear pink, your insides are then clean. best of luck...

  • have you heard of or tried the "lemonade diet"...it is not a fast, but a diet. you make your own lemonade, using fresh lemons, purified water, pure maple syrup and cayanne pepper. google ought to bring you the diet amounts...don't try this unless you get all the info first...you'll lose up to a 2lbs a day...you eat nothing else while on the diet...it gives you all the nutrients you need...i have done this diet many times...contact me if u need more info and can't find it...best of health...

  • @beingbernard13 Yes, I have done the Master Cleanse one time for 10 days. I am thinking of doing it again soon. I will post about it if I do it. Unfortunately, I remember it being much harder than a water fast. Water fasting, although hard, is easier for me for some reason!

  • I think the reason why you might not be losing anymore weight is that your body probably got used to that water fasting. When you first start, you lose a lot of weight, bu after your body gets used to it, it doesn't respond as effectively. You can 'surprise' your body by going for a walk, or moving a little. On a side note, I hope you don't gain the weight back after all of this is over. Best of luck, take care :)

  • @mikefigomike I was planning on gaining all of the weight right back, to be honest. Thank goodness I have not gained weight and have actually lost more weight. I am sitting at 229 today (nearly a year out), but I am not actively trying to lose. I believe wholeheartedly that this water fast reset my metabolism and healed a few problems I was having. I think if I had done a shorter water fast, I would have regained all the weight lost. TY much, and good luck in what you are doing to stay healthy!

  • Eat healthy, don't do this extreme dieting..... exercise & eat healthy.... losing weight can be slower for others. God Bless you hun.

  • You are talking crap.

  • @O5CARMICHA3L About?

  • Comment removed

  • @Ineedmorelives Also fruit raises insulin and hence sugar conversion to fat, limit it, flax crackers are not raw, they also metabolize into simple sugars and hence fat. Remove crackers, limit fruit, drink vegetable smoothies(with the fiber intact) remove grains. Try Intermittent fasting (youtube it) its a nice way of fasting its when you don't eat until around 1pm which effectively gives you around 16 hours fast, (dinner at 9) insulin drops dramatically which encourages fat burn.

  • @O5CARMICHA3L The first few weeks I had apple cider vinegar and lemon to flavor the water & used less than a tsp. I consumed only water for 40 days. TMI: I had my period twice during this 40 day fast;one was at the end of the 40 days which accounts for no pounds lost because I retained water. I lost it a week later. I have been very open and honest. I'm on a raw foods diet & I did favor sweet potatoes because I am going to use that recipe to dehydrate them. I also have a family that I cook for.

  • @Ineedmorelives Fat is the body telling you that you are TOO acid. Going on a water fast, drinking only tapwater, which is acid, is not going to make you loose weight. IF you REALLY WANT to loose weight, take my last advice... For the next 10 days, ONLY drink kale, broccoli, and carrot SMOOTHES. nothing else. I repeat NOTHING ELSE. No vinegar!!! have as many smoothies as you want, the more the better, you need to make your system alkaline. Dont juice... you need the fiber. BLEND!

  • @O5CARMICHA3L It's a little deeper than that. I have an eating disorder and I plain ate too much to get this big. However, it is very hard for me to lose weight without complete restriction because I found that even on a raw diet, I can eat too much. Water fasting was successful for me because I learned I am an all or nothing type person. Juicing made me binge, and I'm afraid smoothies would have the same effect. I exercise 7 days a week, food and my mind are the problems here, unfortunately.

  • @Ineedmorelives Bullshit, smoothies have FIBER, they are much more filling. As I said before, have as many green smoothies as you can to ALKALIZE. stop assuming shit and listen to me.

  • Make sure you take in enough essential nutrients. I would not worry so much about the weight. As long as you intake is healthy, the weight should be secondary.

I eat fruits, vegetables (generally juiced), brown rice (into which I juice onion, red pepper, beet ....), and salmon (cooked on the stove top over low heat : it's absolutely savory and succulent).

    Love yourself as you are.

Tend to the inward (nutrition), the outward will take care of itself.

    Mike

  • It depends if you want to lose the weight quickly water fasting is the best i cant beleive you dont lose weight everyday when fasting coz you should be losing more at that weight i lose 2lb a day regrdless to start or finish it always 2lb a day im also 5ft0 and im 157lb i want to be 112lb im on day 3 of my 21day fast goodluck to you and you are very preety :)

  • @Amiemarchant I don't know how people are losing that much weight. I guess you must have more muscle mass than me. Remember, I was in bed most of the time. I was unable to even walk up a flight of stairs because I was so weak and sick. A week later or so later (after menstrual) I had lost a total of 40 pounds and I think 40 pounds in 40 days is acceptable. But I hope you reached your goal. I am still struggling with mine.

  • You seem to be doing fine you really look progressively, slimmer in your videos, face wise and sitting in front of the camera you don't look overweight at all! Maybe you should not rely on what the scale says, and eating raw like you are doing you will just sort of shrink, down and your skin won't look flabby or saggy. So take your measurement more. You've got to be losing inches! You are most likely doing better than you think!

  • @tubebitch12 Thanks for saying that. I am struggling still with a food addiction and binging, but seems to be easier to maintain and keep weight off with raw foods, even when I do have a bad week. I'm pretty big all over, but I'm bigger on the bottom in a pear shape hehe. I'm juice fasting right now to lose the rest of the weight. Exercise is hard, eating right is hard, everything just seems to be a big struggle for me right now, so it helps to hear your words! Are you doing raw right now?

  • @Ineedmorelives I am currently doing the intermittent fasting,(I fast 20 hours, every other day) It seems to be working I have lost a little weight. I have noticed though, that I have lost lots of inches and my hips, thighs and stomach are much smaller. I eventually want to go raw but I keep procrastinating, I am over 300lbs my highest weight was 364! my goal Is 134 but incrementally I am trying to get below 300. You are encouraging me, I know you will do well! Keep Striving for Raw!

  • @tubebitch12 Intermittent fasting works. It is harder for me to do because I binge eat. I enjoy failing or something. If that is working for you, its wonderful. I always wanted to do raw but something always kept me from actually doing it until I moved to Israel and something clicked. Maybe because food is expensive here, but produce isnt! If you're ever feeling low, just remember it will pass soon! Stick with it, that's the most important thing. You don't have to be perfect, just committed.

  • u gain weight on wen just eating fruit because ur body is extremely acidic and dehydrated, so the weight u r gaining is just water weight. idk if u figured this out or are continuing a healthy lifestyle since well im typing this 7 months later

  • @kratosSOZ I don't know. I keep going back to the fruit to give it a try because I enjoy it. It just does not like me so well and I get scared because of the weight gain. It's not just a few pounds, its close to 20 when I eat fruits. Then after I go off of it, I will lose it really quickly.

  • I don't understand. You are on 1 month of water fasting. But, you talked about eating stuff.

  • @talusan909 This is 1 month after I did a 40 day water fast.

  • May be hypothyroidism. I have that. Was cold ALL the time even in the summer. Then after taking my first bio-identical hormone my cells turned ON! I felt a wave of warmth and haven't turned on the heater since. And even though I still have to watch what I eat and am currently on a liquid diet, I don't gain weight from eating a stick of celery. I also have to stay alkaline.

  • @KelleyCoProductions My doctor ran tests on me and said that I was not hypo, but put me on meds for a month. I thought I would lose weight, but gained 8 pounds because the pills made me REALLY hungry all the time. Insatiable! So I ate a lot more than usual. I am still really cold all the time. Fasting had a few nasty side effects, but overall I am pleased with the lasting results.

  • do some sports.....

eat right for your blood type, check that out!

changing your diet so regularly is going to mess up your guts...

  • Eat sat. unsat. fats, cut excess carbs and sugar, workout, eat protein ;)

  • You sound metabolically resistant. Don't take that as a diagnosis though. It is extremely hard for metabolically resistant people to lose weight. However, it is possible! I know because I am one of them. I can't eat anything that turns to sugar in the body including most fruits, honey, starch, white carbs. I even gain weight if i eat too much meat/protien. I tried everything to lose weight even the raw food, until I discovered optimal diet. It's basically high fat, medium protein, low carb. Su

  • @katjastar1 I am pretty sure I fall into that category, but I just hate saying that I am one thing or another because then I start to make it my excuse for why I cant lose weight. I can lose weight, but like you, I have a lot of white foods that I have to avoid like the plague and sometimes that is hard to do. I noticed that I start to drop weight when I eat a HIGH amount of cashews. I ate 3 bags of nuts in 3 days and I dropped 7 pounds! Losing is hard. Grats on your weight loss!

  • I was just following up your progress, I see a great change, keep it up!!! You look better... Good luck!

  • You look healthier before you started the RAW diet. Just me.

  • Angela Stokes-Monarch was over 300 lbs and lost 169 lbs look her up at The raw food world

  • Congratulations on your achievement. Consider doing wheat grass enemas to soften up the impacted waste material that we carry in our colon and then get a good hydrotherapist to give you colonics. We all carry about minimum 10 - 15 lbs of waste material in our body. Check out: creativehealthinstitute

  • do you have very low muscle mass or are you completely inactive because I do not understand how a person your size cannot be losing weight with your diet. Even with the fast u didnt lose much. I am afraid there must be something seriously wrong with your metabolism

  • @missionduorose Yes, my metabolism is very slow. I still get cold in the middle of summer in the desert. I have always had a lot of muscle mass and I am not inactive. Even at 300 pounds I was not inactive. I wanted to go to an endocrinologist to see what my weight problem was but I could not afford it. As of today, I weigh 230.5. The weight goes very slowly off of me, but it is going down and not up. I will probably reach my goal by the end of this year, but I am not fretting. I feel great.

  • just a thought maybe your body is still adjusting..i mean we do years of abuse ..can't be undone in the time we want...but maybe its is just a process..maybe increase exercise..but keep the good work up..and ur journey to 180 pounds will be closer than u think..:)

  • Its all about calories, it duznt matter what kind of diet your on, vegi. raw ect to many calories = weight gain:)

  • @Aislan4414 Aislan, let me know how you are doing on this method of grazing. I have found that intermittent fasting -- eat normal one day, then fast the next, has been working for me. I recently had to break my second fast because of severe kidney pain for a few days. I just had too many toxins release too quickly and I was overloaded. I probably will not do a longterm fast again for a year or two to get a rest from it.. However, this intermittent fasting is working pretty well and I feel good!

  • @Aislan4414 Hey, Sorry I have not replied. I did not get any messaged that you commented. I was on Sargeras and Azshara server on wow btw =) I do not believe that I have PCOS, but something is probably wrong with my endocrine system. I just couldn't afford the specialty dr to determine what that was. I was thinking of the grazing approach. Just eating one or two bites of food when I get hungry. The thing with fasting is the breaking. You can't eat a lot of food at all; and especially no junk.

  • @thepouchedpotato1 No, I never had the feeling of wanting another surgery. After I had the lapband out, I chalked it up as a failed experience and it was confirmation to me that I needed to grow up and quit being weak about my overeating issues. Sometimes I fail, but I always get back to being good. It's a struggle, but the lapband was miserable for me and I learned my lesson from it. I know some people are successful with it and I applaud that, but it just wasn't meant for me and my body.

  • From what it sounds like, you are definitely losing weight. That ballooning to 260 is supposed to be the normal amount of water you will retain once you start consuming foods that contain sodium again. And since you've gone back down to 248, you probably are still retaining the water, but losing more fat. At least from what I've been reading on these fasting sites.

  • go on a water fast again. i will join you I promise.

  • @jassyssecret I started another fast, but had to break it because of severe kidney pain for several days. I won't do another long term fast for quite a while unfortunately! I will support you if you choose to go on one though!

  • You honestly don't look as heavy as you say you are.

  • damn, i don't see how you can still weigh so much?!... maybe you should have your hormones checked, that endocrine system may be keeping you fat way beyond diet, ANY DIET... for such a fat person that has such amazing will power to change and eat or not eat its tragic you STILL weigh so much... i've heard of water weight diet problems, like some people with the hormone prob can STILL gain weight with JUST water consumption, its crazy; you may be along these lines...

  • How much exercise do you get?

  • I think that you are doing extremely well .And opinions of others will not help here. Just listen to yourself and continue doing what helps no matter how it looks to others.

  • I have never seen an overweight fruitarian. I am a failed dieter, if your not taking in 2000 calories a day you are losing weight. When raw, you could try eating separate ingredients. The Macaroon contain coconut stevia oil ... Eat the ingredients seperately. You can't eat raw flour or rice or potatoes alone and raw. That might be an idea for a new diet the separate ingredient diet.

  • @pirucreek "I have never seen an overweight fruitarian."

Then maybe you need to get out more. I've seen plenty. You probably won't see any here, by the way, since it's a censored site: 30bananasaday. com

    .

"if your not taking in 2000 calories a day you are losing weight."

No, because metabolism drops when energy intake drops. Also, "weight" is not fat. The issue here is excess fat. People who try to lose excess fat by calorie restriction end up instead with smaller brains and smaller organs.

  • 4:37 "I'm not in danger of [...] diabetes"

What makes you think that? You never consume any carbohydrates?

  • @hitssquad Not bad ones, no. I have been sugar free for several years. I only use stevia for everything that I want to sweeten. I have dumping syndrome and I'm literally allergic to sugar. Diabetes does not run in my family, my blood sugar has never ever been high, and I have significantly lowered any risk I did have of having it by losing 70 pounds and eating a raw diet now.

  • @Ineedmorelives You also said you eat "vegetables" such as tomatoes. Tomato isn't a vegetable. It's a fruit. Like most fruits, it has sugar: en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Tomato

And you also mentioned carrots. Carrots have, by mass, twice as much sugar as tomatoes: en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Carrot

And cabbage -- which also has more sugar than tomatoes.

    .

7:40 "if you have any suggestions for me"

Yes. I do. Read this book very carefully: garytaubes. com/writing/books/why-get-fat

  • @hitssquad Sugar as in -- refined sugars - processed sugars -- I do not eat excessive amounts of fruits. I never have. I follow the guidelines that Dr. Mercola has set up on his website for the amount of natural fructose that you should consume when wanting to lose weight. I am losing weight on raw so what is your point exactly? I'm not eating grains and empty carbs.

  • @Ineedmorelives "Sugar as in -- refined sugars - processed sugars"

It doesn't make any difference. Our bodies treat all sugars exactly the same. A gram of sugar in fruit is treated exactly the same as a gram of "refined" sugar. In fact, modern fruits could be thought of as sugar-refining factories -- a job for which they were specifically bred. Throughout most of human history, sugary fruits didn't exist.

  • @Ineedmorelives "I am losing weight"

Weight isn't necessarily fat. Generally, when people in modern societies lose weight, their internal organs shrink (including their brains). That's why they tend to have heart attacks.

  • @hitssquad Maybe if they are thin to begin with. I think you need to research further into water fasting and not starvation. The organs and brain are the very last thing to be utilized as fuel while on a fast. Even a thin person can fast for a while without any negative affects. Our bodies are created perfectly and we are designed to withstand many days and perhaps months with any food, depending on our fat stores. There is no way you could look at me and say I did not lose mostly fat. Insane.

  • @hitssquad Our bodies really do not treat all sugars equally. That's like saying a person who eats a donut for breakfast is just as healthy as someone who eats a salad. I am not a fruititarian, nor will I ever be. I have already expressed that I have dumping syndrome and cannot eat sugars. Any vegetables or fruits I have do not give me dumping syndrome, therefore, my body specifically does not treat them as it would a processed sugar. I eat no more than 15-20 g of natural fructose per day; raw.

  • @Ineedmorelives "The organs and brain are the very last thing to be utilized as fuel while on a fast."

Laboratory experiments on Zucker rats disprove that. From Good Calories, Bad Calories: "When Jean Mayer began studying a strain of obese mice in 1950, he observed that if he starved them sufficiently he could reduce their weight beneath that of normal rats, but they’d “still contain more fat than the normal ones, while their muscles have melted away,” which made them sound suspiciously like

  • "rodent versions of Sheldon’s emaciated endomorphs. For centuries, fat men and women have been complaining that virtually everything they eat turns to fat, and this was precisely what was happening with Mayer’s obese mice. “These mice will make fat out of their food under the most unlikely circumstances,” he wrote, “even when half starved.”"

    [...]

"Francis Benedict reported this in 1936, when he fasted a strain of obese mice. They lost 60 percent of their body fat before they died of starvation,

  • "but still had five times as much body fat as lean mice that were allowed to eat as much as they desired."

  • @Ineedmorelives "Any vegetables or fruits I have do not give me dumping syndrome, therefore, my body specifically does not treat them as it would a processed sugar."

You're confusing your body with your GI tract. Your body is not your GI tract. If your GI tract doesn't react negatively to some certain form of glucose/fructose, that doesn't have anything to do with what the rest of your body might do with it.

    .

"I eat no more than 15-20 g of natural fructose per day"

    ...While you're "fasting"?

  • @hitssquad I only drink water when fasting--maybe lemon or apple cider vinegar but that's it. When I'm eating raw, its 15-20g; usually less of fructose per day. I dont tolerate even natural sugars very well. Your liver processes sugar, my gallbladder was removed several years ago and I got dumping syndrome from that. When I eat processed sugar, I am sick within 30 mins and it lasts for around an hour. Natural fructose does not give me this reaction unless its in bulk. Limiting fruit is good.

  • @Ineedmorelives "When I'm eating raw, its 15-20g; usually less of fructose per day."

Why are you consuming "fructose" at all? How are you managing to consume "fructose" without consuming any glucose if it's in a "natural" form? Do you mean you're consuming agave nectar (also called agave syrup)?

  • @hitssquad Fructose occurs naturally in fruits and some vegetables. Naturally. I do not use agave syrup as it is pure sugar. I only use stevia which does not affect blood glucose levels.

  • @Ineedmorelives "Fructose occurs naturally in fruits and some vegetables."

Yes. If you want to become a skinny person, why are you eating fruits and vegetables?

  • @hitssquad Stevia has no affect on blood sugar levels. Read: The miracle of Stevia.

  • @hitssquad I think she means in danger in the common sense of the word like she isnt eating fast food and tons of sugar.
