I had to turn off the thumbs because people were putting thumbs down on ALL the comments! But I only found out about the chain thing by tracing it back to the original. Kim herself said she didn't check the rules. People need to lighten up.

Yup. He's in Florida right now and was in Kissimmee a couple of days ago, which is about an hour and a half from my home. So we met for a couple of hours. We have lots of footage. I have my first installment uploading right now =)

Now I was so geeky that back in in 1977 I was playing games where there were no images ... just text and you had to choose lettered responses. Played at home with a portable computer terminal with a acoustic modem (where you stuck the phone handset in it) and the computer output was on thin thermal paper.
I played those games! Not with a phone handset, but on a DOS computer. You had to guess at the ridiculous commands in an attempt to figure out how to progress in the game. Now that was frustrating!
I programmed my own text-based adventure (later to be called RPG) game on a Commodore64 back in 1989. I based it on actual events of my life and friends, and what they would do in any given situation that reflected their unique personalities. So it was an in-joke amongst friends. Yes, I'm nerdier than thou ;) But I felt like king after that lol.
The games we played way back then (1977-80) were hosted on a mainframe with huge amounts of memory (100 mb or so). In fact there was a "Star Trek" game infamous for tying up mainframe resources for hours. As far as I know everyone kept quiet about the phone numbers because if you tired of the game you could always take away control of the computer from the operator. Sometimes that was more fun than the game because the operators didn't know what was happening. :) :) aloha

Absolutely not. I tried a catchy title "Ohh-Eight" hoping it would get attention from people that don't subscribe to me so that it could be as big a collaboration as the bed-in last year. Then, as I'm talking to SSJ while parked in my car, she tells me RoobyJuice sent her an email that someone she knows and loves had been featured. It took me 10 minutes to accept the reality! The moral: "Be careful what you ask for". Now how am I going to live up to the hype? Great New Year's gift though :)
