If use Vista, take the PHUN folder to Desktop and then try. If you have XP, i dunno.

I would recommend downloading it. If you could put 4.22 on your computer, then you're competent enough to install beta 5.

No, Version 5 shouldn't lag anymore than version 4. In fact it runs faster on my pc, but I'm sure that there are some options that are different on different computers.

It's available on the Phun forums, Emil is the one who announced it. He provides a couple download links there. Emil says that he will post download links for it on the download page in about a week. It does exist and many have downloaded it, I can message you the link if you haven't found it yourself yet.
