Hey sir, i hope you can help me, i just got my hands on a second-hand VSR10 G-spec, do you know if i can simply install a M150 spring in it, without ruining the rifle? Its stock right now. Thank you!
Hello , I have the airsoft VSR 10 OD Its a clone of the VSR Down to the parts. And my bolt once I go to pull it black Retracts back into the gun without loading a bullet in the barrel or setting the spring to fire. Can anyone tell me what the problem is or point me in the right direction to fix it ?.
Thanks for the guide! I'm planning some upgrades for my vsr-10, and this really gave me some insight into how I should proceed. And thank goodness it was the scope that was $40. I would've been very angry if I had overpaid by $160. :D
I do have a problem with my swiss arms SA1 (looks practically identical to the VSR 10). The bolt gets stuck when is pulled back and if you try to push it forward (with care) it will slam back into the reciver without cockin the gun.
The questions are:
Could the dissasebly of my gun be identical to the VSR 10?
Could it be the spring guide thats causing the problem?
Wow, looking at this thing, you'd probably be better off to get the JG BAR-10 if you want to upgrade the internals, other than the internals, the JG BAR-10 is the exact same thing, you wouldn't have to spend even half as much on it either, leaving more room for upgrades.
omg dude i need your help so much. if i was to get a 550 fps spring what are all the internal upgrades that i need to get . could you please send me a list. i know i need a zero trigger.
uh no your wrong...if you want to upgrade your gun to shoot at high fps's you will need a piston, spring guide, the spring itself, trigger sear, piston sear, and if you want a new hop up set, and inner barrel, and no you do not need a zero trigger to me it is a waste of money becasue the zero trigger is around 180-200 dollars and all of the parts i told you excluding barrel and hop up set it will come out to around 160-170 dollars...and it will perform FINE
I'd get the zero trigger as is comes with all the parts, and also, it's a better trigger system, and also has a much lighter weight piston so it will boost the FPS.
how do you get the thin end cap off the end...(The one you would take out to fit a silencer adaptor)i need to push my barrel out as it is stuck (beacause of the barrel spacers)any help pls!!!! its to thin for the pliars to grip it.
can you measure the cyilander width, lenght and aprox how far the piston sear is up the cyliander or from the spring guide stop to the end of the cyilander,
I guess my question is - is there a huge range and accuracy difference between the vsr pdi 6.01 303mm and the vsr pdi 6.01 554mm tightbore. I'm sure the shorter barrel will give me better mobility in field, but if i get the bore up with longer barrel will a have a large increase in range? Or will it be to small of a change to spend extra money?
first set up (g-spec, pdi v trigger, pdi vc cylinder kit, pdi 250 spring, pdi 6.01 tightbore, barrel apacers, firefly hard type bucking, damper kit)
or do the same thing but make everything bore up, through in an L flute barrel/base, and make the tight bore a 554mm 6.01 instead.
obviously the second sounds better, but if i get the same performance and range of a 6.01 554mm tightbore with the 6.01 303mm(regular g-spec length)then I'll save money
(Could you please send me a message with this answer) At which walmart did you find this sniper for 40 dollars. My understandings tell me that Tokio Mauri's go for hundreds of dollarss. (Thanks)
They are both the same. Accuracy pn g-spec is a little worse, but it is quieter. Not much of a difference in G-spec accuracy wise though. I like the look of G-spec. You could get the JGBar-10 which is the exact clone of the TM VSR. ITs only like 140 dollars.
hi guys, im on precisionairsoft website right now and they have a gun called "TM VSR-10 G SPEC MG315" it is 280 dollars and it comes with a silencer. Does anyone know if that is a good gun, also wat is the difference between that and another one called "TM VSR-10 Pro-Sniper MG310"
The second gun has no silencer and is 230 dollars. Can somebody tell me the difference and if one is better?
question: (not related)do you put in the bb's into the speedloader then carry it around and load up the magazine for your gun? Cause i dont have a speedloader and want to know about them.
u should make another video of you puting everything back in. i hear a lot of guys having problems with not properly installing the trigger assembly. it would also be great if you showed how to swap out the inner barrel and hop-up bucking.
Its not to difficult just make sure you use a drill press and some way of holding the cylinder down. Also, when drilling... PECK the drill do not try to drill it all at one time.
Good scope or not it's not really all that necessary. I think my brother bought it at Target for like $30 and as long as it provides some accuracy to where the BB's go it doesn't matter too much the quality. The spring strength is entirely up to you.
If I am getting a VSR-10 G Spec by Marui, and I want to upgrade the spring, should i also get the zero trigger? or does it matter, im trying to just get it to 450+ fps, and not any special barrels or anything. So is the zero trigger worth it?

if your gonna upgrade ur vsr (if you havent already old comment) your gonna need the zero point trigger system and id say upgrade your spring guide to laylax... and the zero point comes with the piston so you dont need to buy another piston

Do you know the difference of this version and the G-Spec?
Ta1on1 1 year ago
@Ta1on1
The difference is a silencer, where the outer barrel has been shortend, too have same length as the original version, just with the silencer.
That, and that they've put on the bridge for the scope, which doesn't follow the VSR-10 :)

About the zero trigger, that depends on how strong spring you want for the gun. For the strongest, you'll need the zero-trgger.
NotedAngellover 2 years ago
Best thing to do is upgrade EVERTHING else after that, most at least if you want maximum durability and life.
